Our sensei Ryo-san was absolutely fantastic. He led both a very informative as well as fun Samurai experience. I sadly wasn't able to join the museum tour as I needed to go to the airport, but I have done it at the Kyoto museum and know how much I would have enjoyed it once more.

I had an amazing experience! They have a wide range of kimono costumes with beautiful colors and designs. The staff were super helpful and friendly, offering great suggestions and taking care of all our needs. It was a big plus for me that the rental shop is located within Shinjuku Garden, so I didn't have to go elsewhere to rent and return the kimono. The shop itself was lovely, with a nice scent and soothing music 😊

There are many choices of kimono, and the staff is very professional and will give a lot of suggestions. I would like to try furisode kimono next time I have the opportunity, but I believe it will be ideal in winter as it will not be too hot.

This place is hidden but it was worth it! i had so much fun and the fact that it was an hour rental was perfect!

I had an amazing experience renting a kimono in Tokyo! The kimono selection was fantastic, with so many beautiful designs to choose from. The hairstyling was on point and really completed the look. What truly made the day special was the photographer – a real artist who knew all the best spots for photos, capturing every moment perfectly. The only downside was the makeup; it left me feeling a bit washed out. However, despite that, I’d definitely recommend this experience for anyone wanting to immerse themselves in Japanese culture and get some stunning photos!

The boss was very enthusiastic and explained in detail. The whole process of wearing warrior armor and taking pictures was very pleasant and an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend everyone to participate.

I had the best experience with them. They gave me enough suggestions on which type of kimonos and obis would look good on me. They also assisted my husband with his Yakuta. The staff was super friendly inspite of being so busy. They gave me a couple of options for hairstyles and the final one turned out to be so beautiful. I would also want to give a special mention to photographer Paul, who clicked such beautiful pictures and guided us with poses and what to do throughout the entire process. Even the unedited photos were so pretty.

I booked the Samurai and Ninja Experience, which included a museum tour. I didn't have any particular expectations beforehand, but I have to say it was a ton of fun. The guides on site speak incredibly good English, and the training session with Sensei Ryo, who showed us a sword sequence, was fantastic. He had everyone laughing with his sense of humor. I would book it again anytime, thank you!
