We had a great 3-night stay for our first family trip! Since we have kids, I wasn't sure exactly what amenities were provided, so I packed some things, but they actually had quite a bit: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, shower towel, cotton swabs, shaping perm, etc. There was one Korean staff member, and most of the staff were friendly. They had free coffee at designated times. The bathroom had a bit of an odor at first, but overall, the facilities were clean and comfortable considering their age. We enjoyed the fountain show and the convenient location near Don Quijote and Hakata Station. The direct elevator access to the basement was also convenient for traveling with family! We would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is amazing, the best I've stayed at during this trip. It's new, spacious, clean, and smoke-free. Importantly, it's only 500 meters from the station. The breakfast is good too, and they returned the item I left behind.

First of all, the interior had a European feel, making it comfortable and pretty. The staff were also very friendly. The room was warm, so I slept without feeling cold! I had a comfortable stay without any inconveniences, and I used KAKO Pass to travel comfortably without dragging my luggage. I'm planning to go again next time. They even provide pajamas, which is a nice touch!

MYSTSYS Fukuoka Tenjin Hotel is super close to the popular Shin Shin Ramen, so you don't have to worry about not being able to get it. The transportation is extremely convenient. Just walk out, and you're at MINA Tenjin department store. Unbeatable transportation convenience!

Place is spacious for two persons. Hotel is easy to pin and locate. Hotel is nearby subway and bus stations. If you plan to shop and explore it is a good place to stay. Breakfast buffet is also good, many choices centered of Japanese cuisine. Staffs are also polite and accommodating. You can also freely and securely leave your suitcase after your checkout time - just inform the staff and they will accommodate your request. Amenities like toothbrush, small towel, hair band is also unlimited. Most of the guests are Korean. Rooms also have USB charger ports, small ref, kettle and hair dryer. Toilet is also automatic has heater and bidet.

The location is excellent, right in front of the Nanukuma Line's Shrine Mae Station, Exit 5 (escalator) and Exit 6 (elevator), which is very convenient for travelers with luggage. The large public bath is great, especially the outdoor area, which feels less stuffy. I booked a Japanese-style room, but the mattress was placed directly on the tatami, making it very low to the ground and difficult to get up from. This is something I didn't like. The breakfast was actually very delicious, mostly Japanese rice-based dishes with very few Western options. After three days, the menu was the same, which got a bit tiring. Overall, it was a wonderful stay. I recommend it. But the price is a bit high.

It's very close to Hakata Bus Terminal, just across the street, making transportation very convenient. Passing through the bus terminal leads you to Hakata Station and many department stores. For those with large luggage, you can take the elevator from the pedestrian bridge on the second floor of Hakata Station.

This hotel is conveniently located, only a few stations away from Hakata Station. It is very clean, well-organized, and quite upscale. It is just a 10-minute walk from Tenjin Station, and there's also a bus stop right in front of it. Additionally, there are many shopping malls nearby, such as Mitsukoshi Mall, Parco Mall and Bic Camera. It's also a 5-minute walk from Don Quijote, so the location is excellent.

Hotel Location: Located in Nakasu, with Tenjin on the left and Hakata on the right, you can walk to either in 15-20 minutes! I think it's great! The rooms aren't large, but the feeling is! Clean! Good service.
