We loved our Ha Long bay cruise with La Casta Regal Cruise. The cruise was luxurious. The staff assigned us a triple room for 3 people which was spacious. Loved the vegetarian and vegan food on the cruise alongside the amazing views of the bay. Lucas proactively reached out to us a day before the cruise.

Bus pickup from hotel is punctual, tickets check-in is smooth. cabin is clean and well with facilities, only downside is can't adjust my bed incline. Overall good experience, not suitable for people with motion sickness bus will make turns which will cause big motions.

The driver managed the timing perfectly. Even with a three-hour journey, we arrived on time for our next activity. The ride was smooth and comfortable, allowing us to catch up on sleep and arrive feeling refreshed and ready to continue our trip. Overall, it was an excellent transfer experience. Booked this limousine van service to get from Tuan Chau Ferry Terminal to my hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter. They sent me the pickup time and vehicle plate number a day in advance, which was helpful. The van arrived around the scheduled time.
Just a heads-up that the van will pick up other passengers along the way before heading back to Hanoi, so the journey takes around 2.5–3 hours. There’s also a toilet break stop along the way. Overall, a convenient option, but do plan your time accordingly!

Great experience! Communication was excellent from start to finish, and the vehicle was high quality and very comfortable. They even provided free water, which was a nice touch. The driver was fantastic and really took good care of us. Highly recommend!

This company is truly excellent. Even though there were only three of us, they provided such a large bus, which was very spacious and comfortable. The only minor drawback was that it drove a bit slowly; we departed at 7 AM and didn't arrive until 11 AM. However, if you're not in a hurry, it's very comfortable, and the seats recline for sleeping. If you need to catch a cruise between 11:20 AM and 11:40 AM, you'll still make it, as the drop-off is right at the pier. The driver was also excellent, a perfect score!
