Very good experience! I traveled with mom for the first time to Vietnam. Our tour guide was Jacy, she was very friendly and supportive, including the cruise staff. Everything was very well organized and on schedule. Great value for money. Very satisfied with the trip from start to end!!

Tour guide Robert Hung picked me up from the hotel even though I booked the tour around 9 PM the night before! He walked to me because the bus couldn't enter the street! He was right on time for the pick-up! It was my first time traveling abroad alone and I couldn't speak English, but the people who participated in the same tour talked to me and even let me ride in a kayak with them. The buffet and sunrise time were the best, and I was very satisfied! Next time I want to participate with my family.

Our Halong Bay tour was amazing, with stunning views of limestone cliffs and emerald waters. Sung Sot Cave was breathtaking with its magical rock formations, and Ti Top Island offered a rewarding climb to a panoramic view. The boat, food, and friendly staff made the whole experience smooth and unforgettable. Plus Tour leader “Lee” made our day amazing!!! Fully recommended!

Smooth and hassle-free experience from start to finish. Hotel pick-up and drop-off from the Old Quarter was well organized, making the whole trip very convenient. They also sent a message before the trip with details, which was reassuring.
Lunch was decent, and I really enjoyed the fresh seafood (highlight of my meal). Since we went in January and the weather was quite cold, we didn’t go down at all the stops. Thankfully, there was an option to stay on the boat, relax, and enjoy refreshments while still taking in the views.
Overall, a comfortable and well-managed day cruise, perfect for a relaxed Ha Long Bay experience without the stress.

We had an incredible day on the water. The cruise was impeccably clean and the organization was top-notch, making for a truly relaxing day.
• Food: Fresh, delicious buffet with plenty of varieties. You wont run out of options.
• Staff: Chris as Manager and Jack as our guide were amazing —attentive and friendly!
• Vibe: Perfect pace; we never felt rushed and had plenty of time for photos. Recommend to book their bungallows to get best spot on the way back to the bay.
Highly recommended for anyone visiting Hanoi looking for a memorable, stress-free excursion. Worth every penny!

This has been a fantastic experience for us in Halong Bay. We are pick up in our hotel and got on board with Diamond cruise. I commend highly Henry, the cruise Manager who assisted us in every activities. Our lunch is also exceptional and they also prepared an afternoon tea. This tour is highly recommended.

Had a great experience exploring Ha Long Bay with Ambassador Cruise. It’s our first time boarding a cruise so it was very memorable, the interior was great & neat. The itinerary was also nice. Although we were quite lost on what to do in Ti Top Island as we were given the freedom to decide. But overall it was still a pleasant experience!

Very organized trip. From the communication, to pick up & drop off, to seatting in the boat for lunch,until the activities . Very kind ,polite & attentive staff, specially our tour guide Baby Boss/Bobby in which case speaks fluent English & with a brilliant humour. Excellent and new limousines are being use. Modern , clean & tidy boat with tasty foods. This tour is highly recommended! The party at the end of the tour while going back to the port is a bonus.
