We had an amazing trip and wonderful hospitality from our tour guide Paul. He was very diligent in providing us with the right instructions and also the tips and especially fun facts about many Vietnam specific details. The interaction was extremely lively and engaging. The bus was excellent and so was the cruise. All staff members in the cruise were good. Appreciate Paul and his team for keeping us happy and entertained

Can't complain about anything. Out guide was the best with great information and sense of humor. They picked us up from our hotel and kept constant communication. The hikes made me traumatized with stairs, but it was an experience. If you do not want to go, they warn you as well and allows you to stay in the boat and chill. Met great people as well.

We had an awesome and very positive experience on the Halong Bay day tour with Diamond Era Cruise. The food on board was excellent, with a wide variety of options catering to both vegetarian and non-vegetarian preferences. The cruise ambience was beautiful, and the staff provided outstanding service throughout the journey. A special mention to our tour guide Tom “Thang”, whose warm welcome, excellent knowledge, and well-guided explanations truly enhanced the overall experience.

Had a wonderful trip with Dolphin Day Cruise! The crew was sincere, friendly, and helpful. Thank you to Fatima for giving us a warm welcome and assisting us throughout the ride, and to Mr. Long for the personalized tour experience. Staff were very quick and responsive to inquiries even before the tour started on WhatsApp. The cruise ship interior is elegant and modern— there’s a lot of spaces to lounge and enjoy the scenery. There’s a big selection of clean restrooms, showers, and free lockers. The buffet was delicious— I especially loved the sushi and the pho. We booked a bungalow as well and would highly recommend paying extra to have a private space overlooking the bay. We had such a fun time during the pool party with live music. I would highly recommend this tour for anyone wanting to experience Halong Bay and to even just enjoy the boat itself.

We truly enjoyed the entire trip from the 1st to the last destination. We did not expect the spectacular beauty of the place.. all the attractions are scenic and beautiful. The cruise ship was also on time and has a very satisfactory services. Tables and chairs Inside the ship look like those in a hotel. The food was also delicious and appetizing . Along the way, we were also assisted well by our tour guide, Mr. Nam. He was very accommodating and he knows well the history and background of the place. He has also good sense of humor . in general, our trip was an exceptional and memorable one. We would sure look forward to our next cruise ship in Halong Bay , this time our children with us.

This experience is a must when you visit Hanoi. You will be mesmerized with the beauty of The Halong Bay. It was worth your money and your time.. Our tour guide named Johny handsome gave his best to tour us around and tell us some of the Vietnamese way of living. He is one of a kind because He took the initiative to organize all the people (even the ones that are not from our group.)inside the cave to facilitate the movement of people if not we will spend long time inside. He got the energy from the start upto the end of the tour making it more enjoyable for us. Thank you Johny handsome we are very happy to meet you.

We had a truly wonderful experience on the Ambassador Halong Bay tour. From the moment we stepped on board, everything was well organized, comfortable, and thoughtfully planned. The cruise offered stunning views of Ha Long Bay, excellent service, and a relaxing yet engaging itinerary that made the day memorable.
Special kudos to our tour guide, Tu, who made the experience even more enjoyable with their professionalism, friendliness, and deep knowledge of the area. Tu ensured everyone felt welcomed, informed, and well taken care of throughout the tour.

we went to dragon park. super easy with klook tickets - no need to queue. 3 roller coasters was fun. godd kiddy section and lots of shaded areas throughout the park but don't forget sun protection. pretty good priced food and drinks inside. it was really quiet the day we went so no queues for anything!! while we were there we got tickets for the cable car from Klook- instant confirmation. cable car and mountain was really good and includes the cable car return ticket, toboggan/hillside rollercoaster thingy- which was really fun- try both tracks! it also includes the sun wheel- awesome views and entry to the Japanese gardens and bridge- again this place is great for photos with the harbor, boats, bridge and karst mountains in the background. we were there for the start of sunset. easiest and possibly cheapest way is with Klook. 🙂👍♥️🇻🇳
