Robert Hùng was our tour guide for the day. He was truly engaging throughout the trip and made sure everyone was accounted for. He was pleasant to be around. The trip was well-planned and coordinated. Scenery was amazing (Luon cave, Top Tip island, etc). Cleanliness on the cruise ship was high as well.

I finally traveled to Ha Long Bay, which I had always wanted to visit. There were many day tours and programs, so I was worried. Klook Cozy Cruise was very satisfying and I recommend it. For cruises, the 3rd floor and above are premium class, and it's good to do this much. The transportation is also a limousine, which is really comfortable. The program was also satisfactory, and at the end, they even had a sunset party. I said goodbye to Ha Long Bay while watching the sunset, not knowing when I would come again. I was also very satisfied with the guide and the pre-meeting text messages and contact.

I had a great trip with Diamond Era cruise. look around and Diamond Era seems biggest, new and very luxurious. The food was fantastic,tasty. Guide is helpful,take care me. Crew and staff are good. The weather is nice and kayaking activity super funny. I highly recommend this trip

We truly enjoyed the entire trip from the 1st to the last destination. We did not expect the spectacular beauty of the place.. all the attractions are scenic and beautiful. The cruise ship was also on time and has a very satisfactory services. Tables and chairs Inside the ship look like those in a hotel. The food was also delicious and appetizing . Along the way, we were also assisted well by our tour guide, Mr. Nam. He was very accommodating and he knows well the history and background of the place. He has also good sense of humor . in general, our trip was an exceptional and memorable one. We would sure look forward to our next cruise ship in Halong Bay , this time our children with us.

I felt like a millionaire for the duration. I was pleasantly surprised to find the yatch was twice as big as I imagined. The staff was courteous, friendly, and helpful. The food was delicious. I went for the sushi and clams. I have been on many cruise ships; it’s not a fair or in the same class comparison, but this super yatch stands out for the scenery, the mild ocean wave making the transfers so easy and the more enjoyable on board. Now, I finally have lived 7 hours like a millionaire. Add this one to the record book and check it off the bucket list.

The day trip from Hanoi to Ha Long Bay was fabulous. We were picked up from our hotel in Old Quarter at about 8.20am (indicated pickup location during booking).The journey was 3 hrs one way with 1-2 stops for toilet breaks / food. There was a short visit (20mins) to one of the pearl factories nearing cruise station. Boarded the cruise at about 12noon and were seated according to our group. Lunch was then served shortly. No sharing with others. After which we went on the boat ride, visited 3 caves. The last activities was to the main cave by foot, it was magnificent inside the caves. We rode the cruise and returned to the cruise station by 4pm. The return journey took about 3 hours back to Old Quarter and we were dropped off close to our hotel. Overall, the trip was worthwhile and recommended!

We had a truly wonderful experience on the Ambassador Halong Bay tour. From the moment we stepped on board, everything was well organized, comfortable, and thoughtfully planned. The cruise offered stunning views of Ha Long Bay, excellent service, and a relaxing yet engaging itinerary that made the day memorable.
Special kudos to our tour guide, Tu, who made the experience even more enjoyable with their professionalism, friendliness, and deep knowledge of the area. Tu ensured everyone felt welcomed, informed, and well taken care of throughout the tour.
This tour is a must-include in itinerary and comes highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the beauty of the bay in a smooth, enjoyable, and well-managed way.

My one-day cruise in Ha Long Bay was unforgettable, thanks to Andy, Johnny and their amazing team. From start to finish, Andy was a great guide. He kept the entire day running smoothly, expertly guiding us through all the major activities, including Sung Sot Cave, Ti Top Island, and a bamboo boat ride at Luon Cave. The genuine care from Andy and the crew truly stood out. They were constantly attentive, making sure I was comfortable and safe throughout the day. Highly recommended!

we went to dragon park. super easy with klook tickets - no need to queue. 3 roller coasters was fun. godd kiddy section and lots of shaded areas throughout the park but don't forget sun protection. pretty good priced food and drinks inside. it was really quiet the day we went so no queues for anything!! while we were there we got tickets for the cable car from Klook- instant confirmation. cable car and mountain was really good and includes the cable car return ticket, toboggan/hillside rollercoaster thingy- which was really fun- try both tracks! it also includes the sun wheel- awesome views and entry to the Japanese gardens and bridge- again this place is great for photos with the harbor, boats, bridge and karst mountains in the background. we were there for the start of sunset. easiest and possibly cheapest way is with Klook. 🙂👍♥️🇻🇳
