Fantastic 5.0
This is also something you need to experience when visiting Bangkok. The buffalo coffee at The Buffalo Cafe was really delicious. This café is usually part of the tour itinerary, so it’s a great stop to relax before continuing the trip. The next stop is Maeklong Railway Market. There are specific schedules for when the train passes through the market, and the tour guide will inform you about the exact time. It’s amazing to see how the vendors quickly move their stalls when the train arrives. The last stop is Damnoen Saduak Floating Market, where you’ll ride a boat (already included in the tour fee). Don’t forget to buy coconut ice cream, and make sure to try the authentic Thai tea made by local vendors — it’s so refreshing, especially in the hot weather. You can also look around for a place to have lunch there.

I had an absolutely wonderful time on this tour! From start to finish, everything was well-organized and smooth. The guide was knowledgeable, friendly, and made the experience both fun and informative. I especially appreciated how they shared interesting stories and local insights that you wouldn’t normally find online. Just hope to include the tickets in the tour package for less hassle. Thanks to our friendly tour guide Am!

Fantastic 5.0
Exploring the temples of Thailand was truly a breathtaking and meaningful experience. Each temple tells a story — not just of religion, but of centuries of Thai culture, art, and devotion. What stood out the most were the colorful temples and pagodas. The reds, golds, blues, and greens blend beautifully against the tropical sky. The pagodas symbolize enlightenment and often house sacred relics, making them deeply significant to Thai Buddhists. The tour overall was well-organized, and the guide explained the history and symbolism clearly. However, given Thailand’s hot and humid weather, I really hope tour operators consider providing umbrellas and charging ports on the bus. The heat can be intense while walking around temple grounds, and having an umbrella would make the experience much more comfortable. Charging ports would also be very helpful since you’ll definitely take hundreds of photos! Overall, visiting Thailand’s temples is a must-do experience. Thabks you Bow and Dylan.

Tour guide Phi Jackson is super knowledgeable about Ayutthaya’s rich history! I was so captivated by his storytelling throughout the whole journey that I wished he was my history teacher in high school. He speaks really fluent Mandarin, and he cracks some jokes to keep us entertained. His occasional mentions of K-pop idols who have an affinity for Thailand or who were born in Thailand got me excited too. The way he flipped through pages of pictures like a presentation slide showed that he carries a lot of pride in his country. Inspiring to see that passion shining through him! Also thankful for the safe bus ride with comfortable seats and aircond. The cherry on top is the water bottle, cookie, and wet towel, which made us feel like they truly prioritize their customers’ experience.

The tour guide was cheerful, it was super enjoyable to be with him, and he really gave us tips before getting off the bus so we wouldn't get scammed. The place is beautiful, it's just dizzying when you get on the boat.

Fantastic 5.0
Need minimum 6 pax for tour to proceed. Meet up was 10 mins before departure (8am), in a van (up to 10 pax). Given mineral water bottle each. Safari park includes the bus tour (with giraffes feeding at bus) and both crocodile show and elephant show. We paid additional 100baht (2 bowls of carrots) to feed giraffes/ deers/ zebras during bus tour, as well as 1000baht /pax for giraffe encounter (take pic with giraffes and zebras on a 4x4 vehicle, 1000baht/pax to take pic with baby lion (else can opt for 800baht for big lion). All extras can only be paid by cash at entrance of safari world. We love the train ride (4 stops) on death railway as it’s scenic on a very old train. Walk along small portion of death railway to a cave, and the River Kwai. Fruits (pomelo) sold there are cheap and sweet. Early dinner at Cafe, before heading back (arrived CentralWorld around 8.30pm).

Fantastic 5.0
The place itself was massive! A lot of areas where you can take as much photos as you want. The food was magnificent. It wasn’t expensive at all compare to the street foods along the popular shopping centres in the city. I recommend booking the one with the swing as you can get to enjoy and relax next to the water. The service was great. Despite of language barrier, they use a device to translate english and their own language which was very good for us. We were also running late as it can be very traffic from Siam, Bangkok to the restaurant but they managed to move around our schedule as soon as I rang them. The restaurant is a cash only payment so make sure you bring enough with you.

What to know before visiting Bangkok

Top Attractions in Bangkok City, Thailand

The Grand Palace and Wat Phra Kaew

When you visit Bangkok, the Grand Palace is a must-see. It’s the city’s most famous landmark, home to Wat Phra Kaew, or the Temple of the Emerald Buddha. The golden roofs and detailed Thai architecture show Bangkok’s royal history and rich cultural heritage.

Wat Arun (Temple of Dawn)

Across the Chao Phraya River from the Grand Palace, Wat Arun is one of the most beautiful temples in Bangkok. You can climb its tall central tower for amazing city views, especially during sunrise or sunset when the temple glows in the light.

Chatuchak Weekend Market

Shop like a local at Chatuchak Weekend Market, one of Bangkok’s most famous shopping spots. With thousands of stalls, you’ll find clothes, art, plants, and souvenirs. Don’t forget to try the local street food, from mango sticky rice to coconut ice cream.

Khao San Road

For a taste of Bangkok’s nightlife, head to Khao San Road. The street is filled with bars, live music, and food stalls that stay open late. It’s also a nice place to meet other travelers and experience Bangkok’s energetic atmosphere.

Siam Paragon and MBK Center

Tips before visiting Bangkok

1. Stay Connected with an eSIM

Before arriving in Bangkok, set up a Thailand eSIM so you can easily use maps, translation apps, and rideshare services like Grab. You can buy one online before your trip or at Bangkok International Airport. Having internet access makes getting around the Bangkok metropolis much easier.

2. Dress Code at Religious Sites

When visiting Bangkok’s temples, like the Grand Palace or Wat Pho, you must dress modestly. Cover your shoulders and knees, and avoid sleeveless tops or short skirts. Respecting the dress code shows appreciation for Thai culture and local traditions.

3. Greeting Customs

The traditional Thai greeting is the wai, you press your palms together and give a small bow. You’ll often see this gesture when meeting locals or thanking someone in Bangkok. It’s a polite and respectful way to connect with people during your visit.

4. Tipping Practices

Tipping isn’t required in Bangkok, but it’s always appreciated. Leave small change for good service at restaurants, hotels, or taxis. Even a small tip shows gratitude and helps support the friendly service culture in Bangkok.

5. Market Haggling

Shopping at places like Chatuchak Weekend Market or Patpong Night Market is a fun part of visiting Bangkok. Bargaining is normal, so don’t be shy to negotiate politely for a better price.
