We had a great stay in Vince Hotel Pratunam. From the check in to the check out, the service provided was excellent. Would like to commend the staff for being friendly, accommodating & nice. The extra services they extend to guests like their “buggy service” and their free Thai traditional costumes photoshoot are the best “icings on a very delicious cake”! Would definitely book another stay here again with family and friends.

We had a great stay at the hotel. Check-in was smooth, with clear and informative instructions provided by the accommodating hotel staff. The hotel offers great value for money, with plenty of amenities and complimentary services, including the buggy service, buffet dinner, apple juice, popcorn, and massage. These added perks made our stay even more enjoyable. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The location was also very convenient, as the hotel is situated in Pratunam, close to the BTS station, shopping malls, and the Pratunam Night Market. One area that could still be improved is the breakfast and dinner selection. We stayed for 4 nights and noticed that the menu did not change much throughout our stay. It would be great to have more variety and rotating menu options, especially for guests staying several nights. Overall, we had a pleasant and worthwhile stay. The staff were accommodating, the facilities were great, and the complimentary services were a nice added touch.
