Transport in Bangkok

Returned to Bangkok this time with wider family and bought this Rabbit BTS ticket for all of them. Easy to find counter and collect at airport, staff there were helpful and instructions were clear, registration and top up at any of the BTS station manned counters was easy and quick. Sugggestions for improvement: expand to all other BTS lines and not jus tthe touristy lines, please. Make top up available at the electronic machines at the BTS stations. Thanks!

The provider was very responsive (in my case through Whats App). They even helped us organize our booking since we are a large group and there is a maximum of 8 pcs of luggage only. However, we have 10 luggages in total. We booked another small vehicle through them as advised to avoid inconvenience.

The bus transfer was easy, smooth, and right on time! No more words needed—highly recommendedif you want a hassle-free and stress-free trip. Just make sure to be there 30 minutes before departure, and everything will be smooth sailing! 🚌✨

I have always received excellent service at the Klook counter, and the full-day passes are fantastic, especially when you're shopping and need to use multiple BTS stops.

My travel with Lomprayah was great. Ferry staffs were friendly and helpful. It would be smothier if there was no ferry change fron Koh Phangan to Koh Tao because it took a time but it can be understood.

The driver arrived at the hotel ahead of schedule and even helped with our suitcases. They consistently communicated our destination and meeting times (including estimates for how long we'd spend at each site). At every meeting time, they were waiting outside the car and opened the door for us. They drove safely, and although they didn't speak Japanese, we were able to communicate using Chappy's talk feature. We completed the entire tour, and since our last stop was in Bangkok city, we departed early and arrived at the airport with plenty of time. Because it was a free plan, we could communicate via email beforehand, and it even included free insurance, making for a worry-free and enjoyable trip. I plan to use this service again next month in another country. The eSIM was also very convenient.

Everything was excellent!! Phi Anan is a really good driver and took us everywhere we wanted to go as we customized our itinerary!! he doesn't speak english much but communication was regardless seamless due to him efficiently using google translator. Extremely happy with the services ✨❤️

During the trip, there were two stops at rest areas, allowing us to visit convenience stores, buy snacks and coffee, and use the restrooms. Vehicle: Extremely comfortable and clean! The car felt very new! Even at high speeds, the three-hour journey was very smooth, with no shaking or discomfort at all. Service: After arriving at the hotel that evening, I realized I had left my headphones in the car. I immediately contacted customer service via WhatsApp. I am incredibly grateful to the charter company; they actually delivered them back to our hotel at 11 PM that night! Thank you so much!!!

Our family of five, including three children, took our first trip to Thailand. Initially, we planned to book a group tour that covered Maeklong Railway Market, the Floating Market, and Ayutthaya Historical Park. However, after reading various reviews, we realized that a private charter would be more reasonably priced, so we opted for that plan. In conclusion, we are extremely satisfied with this choice. I communicated with our driver in English, using LINE and a translation app. He was very accommodating, handling our children's sudden restroom needs, helping us buy inexpensive coconut juice along the way, and recommending a great lunch restaurant. We added Maeklong Railway Market and the Floating Market to our Ayutthaya plan, extending it to 12 hours, which incurred an additional 800 baht. In Ayutthaya, we were able to visit five historical sites, including an elephant ride. Unlike a group tour, we could create our own family-specific itinerary and enjoy the plan without worrying about others. It was fantastic! I hope this is helpful for families traveling with young children.
