Returned to Bangkok this time with wider family and bought this Rabbit BTS ticket for all of them. Easy to find counter and collect at airport, staff there were helpful and instructions were clear, registration and top up at any of the BTS station manned counters was easy and quick. Sugggestions for improvement: expand to all other BTS lines and not jus tthe touristy lines, please. Make top up available at the electronic machines at the BTS stations. Thanks!

The driver arrived 30 minutes early to wait for us. The vehicle was clean, and the service was fast and efficient. Although there was traffic congestion on Rama II Road due to roadworks, the driver remained professional and arrived in Bangkok earlier than expected. Booked a shared city transfer between Pattaya and Bangkok through the Klook app and it was a smooth experience from start to finish. The booking process was quick and easy, pickup was on time, and the ride was comfortable. It’s a great budget-friendly option if you don’t mind sharing the ride, and everything felt well-organized and reliable. Would definitely use it again.

Upon arrival at Bangkok's arrival hall, walk straight to the end on the right side to redeem directly at the KLOOK Counter. A one-day unlimited BTS pass is very convenient, eliminating the need to queue for single journey tickets each time, saving a lot of time.

The driver arrived at the hotel ahead of schedule and even helped with our suitcases. They consistently communicated our destination and meeting times (including estimates for how long we'd spend at each site). At every meeting time, they were waiting outside the car and opened the door for us. They drove safely, and although they didn't speak Japanese, we were able to communicate using Chappy's talk feature. We completed the entire tour, and since our last stop was in Bangkok city, we departed early and arrived at the airport with plenty of time. Because it was a free plan, we could communicate via email beforehand, and it even included free insurance, making for a worry-free and enjoyable trip. I plan to use this service again next month in another country. The eSIM was also very convenient.

We had a wonderful Khao Yai day tour from Bangkok! Our driver Anan was friendly, professional, and drove safely throughout the trip. He was very accommodating, giving us enough time for toilet breaks and was flexible in adjusting the schedule when we wanted to spend a little more time at certain attractions or visit a different nearby spot. Khao Yai is a beautiful destination with amazing scenery and is definitely worth visiting if you're staying in Bangkok. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable day trip!

Would definitely recommend this service to others. Customer Support contacts you through WhatsApp beforehand. Car was in good condition and the Driver was polite, stopped for a toilet break 1 hour before the destination.

My travel with Lomprayah was great. Ferry staffs were friendly and helpful. It would be smothier if there was no ferry change fron Koh Phangan to Koh Tao because it took a time but it can be understood.
