Bangkok BTS Skytrain Rabbit Card

Returned to Bangkok this time with wider family and bought this Rabbit BTS ticket for all of them. Easy to find counter and collect at airport, staff there were helpful and instructions were clear, registration and top up at any of the BTS station manned counters was easy and quick. Sugggestions for improvement: expand to all other BTS lines and not jus tthe touristy lines, please. Make top up available at the electronic machines at the BTS stations. Thanks!

So convenient to collect (directions shown by Klook are accurate and up to date). So easy to use and top up (at the station). I collected from Suvarnabhumi Airport so do note that you need to go to BTS station counter to register and activate it (tag card to your passport) in order to do the first top up (notwithstanding the initial THB100) and use it.

A must get card for Bangkok! Extremely easy to redeem, staff are friendly and helpful! At the Arrival Hall, go to Zone 1 and look for the Klook stand. staff will greet you with a smile and provide the card(s).

Very useful and efficient as always especially roaming around Bangkok. The travel feels so seamless and convenient since its traffic especially rush hour compared to riding a bts train makes it faster and saves a lot of time going from one place to another. Recommended for those who are on a budget.

Very easy to get from the counter. There was no queue when we got there and we got the cards quickly. Loading it is also easy. Only have to register in the ticketing counters in any BTS station once then you can top up at the counter as well. Easy to use so you don't have to buy a single journey ticket especially if you're using the BTS frequently. Note that this cannot be used in the subways!

very efficient, reliable card to use around, exploring bangkok. though a bit bummer you cant use it in MRT. had to use my credit card for that. nice to also know it can be used in some foodcourts so i dont need to worry about returning and refunding the food court card. overall easy to redeem the card when you arrive at the airport

Very easy to use and conveniet. You can save a lot of time using the BTS due to heavy traffic in BKK area. The card is preloaded of 100 Bath whic is very nice and the expiry of the card is 8 years I think which is very cool.

Collection at the Suvarnabhumi airport(BKK) is convenient, located at arrival hall ,go towards Gate 1, will see the orange counter signboard Klook. The card had pre-loaded of 100baht.BTS card not only able to use for BTS train transport, also can be use at some shops and fast food restaurants too,like Mcdonald, burger king... Easy to top-up cash at any BTS station counter. Please take note, first time activate registration needs passport prove for detail record.

Glad to book this bts rabbit card in advance for longer trips. The klook kiosk located in Gate 1 is easy to locate with the attendant even in the most earliest time of our arrival. Fast handover of cards, thank you.
