OMG this was amazing! We had the best day on this tour! Transfers to and from the hotel in very comfortable transport. From start to finish we could not have had better hospitality from our guides! We were very safe in their hands and the guides were so friendly and welcoming, helpful and informative. The guides ensured we were well looked after and we were offered drinks and snacks all day with a fantastic buffet lunch at the end of our boat cruise. The boat felt very comfortable and well maintained, staff were very aware of remaining safe. The sites were indescribable and we had lots of time to explore, take pictures and swim. I snorkeled for the first time ever and the guide was so patiently teaching me how and ensuring I felt comfortable. Such a great experience that I will do again next visit to Phuket and would highly recommend.

It was an amazing experience! In fact this was the 1st time I tried scuba diving and I even cannot swim... Really appreciate that instructor OotDy guided me all the way around with professionalism & patience, and we strictly follow the plan - to enjoy the water :-) I had a wonderful day indeed! We dived twice, OotDy held my hands most of time, to give me great sense of security and support while exploring the underwater world. He also encouraged me to dive alone for short while and tried to solve issues by myself, so I can really learn new skills while enjoying diving. I was quite lucky that day, saw sea turtles twice, and electric eel, snake, squid, stringray, sea urchins, corals, other countless unknow fish~
The trip was well organized, from hotel pickup till diving finish. The food was good and we received clear and detailed diving instructions while on yacht. OotDy is a very kind and experienced instructor, you can completely trust him! Highly recommend everyone shall give a try~

Transport came on time for pick up. Everything was very organised. Equipments was in good working condition. There would be a safety briefing to ensure everyone’s safety. Food is for breakfast lunch and teatime. shoutout to instructor Dil for being so kind and attentive to me and my dive buddy.

Overall, it was very good. The arrangements were smooth, and staff members were available to coordinate and assist with every part of the experience. The staff were also very enthusiastic and friendly. Everything went smoothly, except for the long wait times for the rolling attractions. The only area for improvement would be the return transportation arrangements. The shuttle departure times are fixed every two hours. For example, we were originally scheduled for a 2:30 PM return, but if there's a delay for any reason and you miss the 2:30 PM shuttle, you have to wait for the next one at 4:30 PM. This means a very long wait. As a result, we felt a bit rushed trying to catch our return shuttle that day. I suggest making the shuttle schedule more flexible, especially since the park uses small vehicles and doesn't need to transport a large number of passengers at once.

Amazing experience and such great work done by this place and all the staff! We did the feed and shower and everyone enjoyed learning about the elephants which had been rescued and enjoyed feeding and cleaning the elephants in the shower. Very well organised. We went int the morning and between pick up and drop off it took the whole morning. one of our families favourite and most memorable experiences.

This was a really fun experience. The staff were kind enough to take pictures and videos for me as ziplined and rode them atv. I think they could be a little more open about when we would get rides back to our respective hotels as I watched the group I arrived with leave without me and had to wait for another ride.

I had a wonderful experience with the horseback riding tour.
From the moment I arrived, I could see that the horses were beautiful, strong, and clearly well taken care of, which immediately made me feel comfortable and confident about the ride.
Throughout the entire experience, there was always a guide accompanying us, making sure everything was safe and under control. This made it easy to relax and enjoy the ride without any worries, even for someone without much experience.
I was given a horse that was quite energetic, which made me a bit nervous at first. However, everything turned out to be perfectly fine, and I quickly felt more at ease as the ride continued.
The highlight of the experience was definitely riding into the sea it was very memorable and unique. Overall, the atmosphere was calm, safe, and enjoyable.
I truly enjoyed this experience and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for something special and different.
