Reviews
Booked a lesson at this gym without knowing a single thing about muay thai after watching a muay thai fight live and I can definitely recommend as they cater to your experiences . everyone there is so welcoming and friendly . you will definitely enjoy trying out muay thai here as they do not neglect on the basics and will properly assist you in ensuring that you have the correct form for everything they teach. Will definitely come back for more when I get the chance to!
The itinerary allowed us to arrive at the studio early, and the owner was very kind to let us join the class with the other members ahead of time. The group class wasn't too crowded, and many of the coaches present were excellent and helped each other with instructions. They patiently re-taught us whenever we had questions. This was our first time trying Muay Thai, and we had absolutely no prior experience. The warm-up at the beginning was crucial for getting our bodies ready, and I even thought, "This is too tiring!" But once the class got into the main activities, I actually fell in love with Muay Thai! It's incredibly rewarding, truly fantastic!
The coaches inside are all very humorous and enthusiastic; although one coach was cool and expressionless, overall, it was very exciting, with a great workout. I learned some basic postures, which was awesome! It's definitely worth learning.
I truly enjoyed the activity and had an amazing experience overall. The trainer was extremely friendly, professional, and very patient, which made the session enjoyable and comfortable even for beginners. The environment is very foreigner-friendly and welcoming, making it easy to learn and have fun at the same time. This experience definitely left a great impression on me, and I will surely come back to train and try Muay Thai again.
Experience: The two-on-one session was very cost-effective, avoiding crowded group classes. The coach was also very patient, and after learning we were Taiwanese, even spoke a little Chinese with us! Although I was a bit afraid of getting injured and didn't punch with full force, I definitely still broke a sweat during the 90 minutes! The indoor space has air conditioning, so even someone like me who gets hot easily didn't feel bothered. Highly recommend!
Group classes are fun though we won’t get the chance to do sparring with the coaches in the ring. The coaches are very helpful, fun and patient in teaching. Will definitely come back.
I applied and tried this with a friend! It was a class that women could easily handle without much difficulty! The coaches led the class in a fun way and gave each person sparring practice, so I had fun learning! Highly recommend it! Make sure to bring water, a towel, and tissues~!~!
Having three days of Muay Thai training was the highlight of our trip to Bangkok. We initially planned to only attend one introductory group class on the second day of our trip, but we fell in love with it because the owner and instructors were so nice, kind, and passionate about teaching. They welcomed beginners and were very patient in teaching us. We ended up taking Muay Thai classes every morning at 9 AM because we wanted to get back in shape, as we had gained a lot of weight in Canada. If you go to Bangkok, I highly recommend this gym
Fantastic experience. Venue is easy to find, coaches were engaging. Program was well thought out and a proper training (not commercialized). Although suitable for all levels, those who don’t regularly exercise may struggle a little.
It was my first Muay Thai training ever, and I’m not really in a good shape on that day. I admit, i felt like dying from the intensity of the training. But after that it was the best feeling ever. The gym is so clean and the coaches are really fun to work with! Shoutout to Coach Somboon! There’s also good food outside the gym after your training!
