​The Good: The service itself was excellent. Despite heavy rain, the driver was professional, drove very safely, and was incredibly helpful with our heavy baggage. The car was exactly as described—clean and comfortable. ​The Catch: The pre-trip communication needs improvement. I didn't receive the driver’s details automatically; I had to email the supplier myself to confirm. I finally received the information only 35 minutes before the pickup. ​Verdict: Great execution, but the booking process was a bit stressful due to the late communication.

Such a genuinely positive experience! Our plane was unfortunately delayed and then later cancelled, due to technical engineering issues. Klook staff reached out to us via WhatsApp and email and we were able to provide them with our new rescheduled flight details/landing time and reconfirmed our pickup and transfer to our accomodation in Pattaya. The local and online staff were very proactive, friendly, helpful, and understanding. Klook staff and our driver provided us such a positive and stress free experience, for what was a very stressful and tiring start to our holiday. We got to the meeting spot in the airport, which was very busy, but was made easy and clear to find with the guides provided. We were assigned a female driver without us asking, as we were two females travelling. This made us feel very safe and showed such care, we greatly appreciated this consideration. The drive down to our accommodation was very pleasant and smooth, traffic was not bad at all (6:30pm when we left). The driver was very sweet and gave us space to chill and rest after a long day of travel. Highly recommend this service and we will definitely use again it in future!

As soon as I got out of the airport, I saw the people on the shuttle waiting for the driver. Lawson bought the Nissin instant noodles that I had eaten on the plane before. It has a flavor that you can’t find in Japan. It has a creamy tom yum flavor that is only available in Thailand. The driver It took about two hours to go straight to Pattaya and arrived smoothly.

I was picked up at the hotel without any problems. It was a regular car, not a taxi. There was one restroom break along the way. It was a shame we got caught in traffic.

Because of the news events that happened before, I was still quite worried about taking a car, so I had all kinds of guesses at the beginning🤨, but the actual experience was really great. The pick-up point was easy to find, and there was also Chinese service. There was also a car to send those who arrived early. The SUV I ordered was directly upgraded to 9 seats. The driver was also very nice and would help with the boxes and other services. He didn't say a word of nonsense during the whole process, which made us feel at ease. It arrived in 1.5 hours, which was great! The platform customer service was also very responsible. Because I filled in the wrong flight information, the customer service repeatedly contacted me by phone and WeChat to confirm the itinerary. At first, I was slightly concerned that it was a scam. There was no way. Now I am more worried about safety issues when traveling to Thailand, so I have all kinds of worries. After the overall experience, I feel that the worries are unnecessary. I will renew the trip back to Bangkok once again. I hope the service will continue. Thank you~

The vehicle is new, clean and tidy, the driver is polite and enthusiastic, the car is safe, fast and reliable along the way to the destination, arrives at the hotel lobby on time, holds the sign and carries the luggage into the car, the service is first-class, I will patronize again.

Pick-up area was easy to find. Van took a bit to arrive due to airport congestion. Van was clean and driver drove carefully. Would recommend this for groups to book especially if you have a few big pieces of luggage. Also recommend booking transfer if you have seniors with you.
