Really love it. Nice , soothing n calm environment. Made appointment the night before and they were kind enough to arrange an early appointment for me as my schedule are tight. The massager was very professional, exact pressure, she make sure that i was comfortable. She only exposed the part of your body that she was doing to avoid me feeling cold, diligently covering back with towels the other part of my body. Silence is observed during the session. Very satisfying experience. The place is hard to find, tips ro find it, use the lift next to boat noodle and go up to lv6.

You absolutely have to get a massage at Jinshim Ventus. It's pure refreshment. They really focus on tight muscles and relieve them so well. The stone massage also relaxes stiff muscles and calms the mind and body, so I was able to comfortably drift off to sleep. I highly recommend it. I'll definitely be back! ^^

The treatment was good for relieving fatigue. I might have been able to take a shower after the massage, but there was no confirmation of my preference. Basically, I wouldn't recommend it to people who have difficulty communicating (even in simple English). Because there were no other customers, I was able to relax, but it also made me feel more uneasy. Also, I was concerned that the lockers were only at the entrance. There might always be someone there, but there was no one at the entrance when I entered or after the treatment. I asked them to call a taxi after the massage, and they agreed, but when I asked at the end, they told me to catch one downstairs, which made me realize it was my fault for expecting too much.

This is the best experience massage I have ever experience. Nice decoration, clean and the massages technique is very good, amazing! We I willl definitely come again and will recommend to others. Thank you Caryn and Jacklyn for the best massages ❤️

Handsome Jeff was a very friendly guide!!He was very knowledgeable about Malaysia and the countries of his guests and shared many stories with us.We had a great time with him and would recommend him to everyone( ◠‿◠ )

Jai and Selina was very accommodating. one of our member had food poisoning the day before and after discussion last minute (literally 30 mins before) they were ok to postpone the trip to later date at a small penalty fee. Jai is safe driver and knowledgeable guide, he was accommodating as well, always showing us around and helping with photography. We’re 3 adults 3 child so the 3 locations was just nice for us in terms of stops. We had sufficient photo op, experienced feeding the calf, tasting some desa farm yogurt, etc.

It's my first time in Kota Kinabalu, and a friend recommended visiting Mount Kinabalu. I saw that Fubon Bank had a discount of 120, so I bought it after arriving in Kota Kinabalu, which was very convenient (you only need to purchase it 24 hours before departure). we enjoy to see the town of kinabalu last 18 Aug our driver is Mr. Lai Ming but he dont have initiative to take our photos. He drop us to Gaya Street Souvenir store but goods are expensive which we found out the following day.
