Breakfast: Delicious, but more variety would be great. Service: Excellent. Hotel location: Very close to the city, easy to get a Grab. Cleanliness: Clean.

Frotndesk at magellan is great. I like the girl manage my check-in and check out. Swimming pool have 3 inclue the olympic size pool (magellan and marina golf), gym have jacuzzi and sauna, kiddies playground (marina golf) my husband and my two girls love it. The staff is great and very well manage me,my husband and our two girls needs. Not enough time to explore pan pacific hotel but in future plan. Sorry to say this, the receptionist at 5 sails restaurant i am very dissappointed during our breakfast. Not well manage in house guest instead i have to do all the work for the receptionist for what i have paid. I did not bring along my veluable belonging around the resort because i want to relax and stress free. Just keep it inside safety box. I have to go up and down (room <> 5 sails) a few time just to fullfilled the receptionist needs. Without the receptionist saying sorry and think of solution instead guest service staff to apologize on behalf of the receptionist. I don't like it.

Had a great stay at The Pacific Sutera Hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful view. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The facilities were excellent, especially the swimming pool. Breakfast was delicious with many choices. The location is also convenient and close to many attractions. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. Highly recommended, and I would love to stay here again!

shangrila is a very good hotel and good service too but due to renovate my room from pool view to construction view. the reception staff told me i will get some refund of my money. Please make sure u pay me back.

Had an amazing stay at the hotel, it’s situated near many malls which is a major plus points if you’re into shopping before flying back home. There’s also night markets near by if you’re into thrifting and simply want to dive into the local vibe! I love scenery views and Hyatt delivered as you can see in the photos, hotel is clean and has lots of amenities provided. Would really recommend Hyatt!

A wonderful stay at Hilton Kota Kinabalu! The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond—even delivering a parcel to my room at midnight! The breakfast buffet was fantastic, offering an impressive variety of dishes and plenty of delicious vegetarian options. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The warm hospitality and attention to detail made our stay truly enjoyable. Highly recommended and would definitely stay here again!
