- Please note: For solo travelers staying at Shangri-La Rasa Ria Resort, Nexus Karambunai and Borneo Beach Villa, pick-up and drop-off services are not available.
- Be Punctual: Please be ready and wait in the hotel lobby 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Your Tour Guide / Pilot will only wait for you 5 minutes after your pick up time.
- Kindly provide correct contact information, if failure to contact and unable to pick-up will not be used as an excuse to request modification / cancellation of the order or refund. Kindly apologize!
- We are following “On-time Policy” to considerate with other guests. Transportation will not wait for late arrivals at the 2nd confirmed Pick-Up Time schedule given. No refund will be compensate.
- Kindly apologize if pick up time late due to festival or peak season or each Hotel guests preparation.
- In the case of schedule changes or cancellation due to traffic, weather or other force majeure, Travel Operator have the right to alter routes, timetables, itineraries and accommodation reserved should conditions beyond our control render it necessary.
- Sit-In-Coach basis (SIC). This tour is not a private tour, you will share the trip with other guests who come from different countries, and this activity is not recommended any injuries or reduced mobility.
- Kindly inform the operator before the tour commences if you request a private charter 6-10 seater vehicle, additional cost at MYR 500/vehicle
- ATV Arrangement: Guests will share one ATV (2 rider per vehicle). If a group has an odd-numbered person will be paired with the instructor. The complimentary ATV experience lasts approximately 10 minutes.
- Option for Solo Driving: Guests who wish to drive their own individual ATV can pay a supplementary fee of RM 30 directly at the base.
- Important Disclaimer: As this ATV is a complimentary add-on, no complaints or refund will be accepted if the ATV experience cannot be carried out due to personal reason or adverse weather conditions.
- Please be informed that entry to Poring Hot Spring is optional. The entrance fee for those who wish to enjoy the hot spring facilities is 50 MYR, with additional charges for activities such as the Canopy Walkway (10 MYR), private hot spring cabins (from 25 MYR per hour), or open-air hot springs (from 10 MYR per hour).For those who prefer not to join the hot spring activities, a designated rest area is available for your comfort and relaxation while waiting.
- Request for a Korean-speaking guide should be communicated to the operator before the tour commence (subject to availability). A fee of MYR 300 should be made directly to the tour guide.
- Agreement : By booking a tour with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this cancellation policy.

Outskirt Hotels, like Penampang, Inanam, Luyang, Likas, Kepayan or places that not in the same route will have additional charges. All customers shall pay the Outskirt Surcharge to the Local Operator BEFORE the tour start by Master/Visa credit card. Kindly communicate with the Local Operator for assistant.
- Outskirt Hotel Kota Kinabalu more than 10km, our company reserves the right to refuse service. For hotels outside of Kota Kinabalu city area like Putatan town, Beringgis Beach Resort, Langkah Syabas, Szhnn Vacation Apartment, 1 Borneo Klagan, TUNE Hotel, Shangri-La Rasa Ria Resort, Nexus Karambunai, Borneo Beach Villa or places that are outside of Kota Kinabalu city town area, please take a GRAB or TAXI to Kota Kinabalu City Town Suria Sabah Shopping Mall Mc'Donald's waiting meet up with Tour Guide / Pilot.
