We had Jeff (Handsome Jeff) as our guide. We had a schedule planned in advance, but he was flexible and accommodated our requests, allowing us to visit all the places we wanted to see! He was very knowledgeable about plants, and we had a great time exploring areas we might have otherwise walked past, thanks to his explanations. I also think it's wonderful that he prioritized safety when planning our itinerary. We would definitely love to ask him to guide us again next time!

My family and I had a great day exploring today. The tour is a good package. Also, イケメン Jeff was an awesome guide with friendly attitude, positive energy, and lots of insights around plants, insects, and history. he was also good with my kids (ages 12&10).

Had a very smooth tour by Mr Jeff yesterday. Jeff is very polite and has great English. We really appreciated his conversation and information about Malaysia and Sabah. Jeff had good time management and was flexible to accommodate our interests. We had two children (6 and 8) and Jeff was very mindful and accomodating. We visited the Botanic Gardens; Jeff was very enthusiastic in telling us facts about the plants in the garden. Overall, definitely recommend Mr Jeff!

The driver and guide were very patient and enthusiastic. The experience was very pleasant. We had a lot of fun traveling through the rainforest.
