it was easy to use the voucher. I just had them scan the qr code at the entrance. the entrance was opened at 10:00 however the line was already long when I got there at 9:30am. I was able to secure the same day pass to howl's moving castle, the kino residence, and the witches house. i suggest the standard pass holders to get the exchange voucher for those same day pass before heading to the grand warehouse. you can just buy them later so you can still take your time at the grand warehouse. I believe it took me about 2 hours at the grand warehouse - no shopping done. by the time I got out, the howl's same day pass was sold out. Just showed them my exchange voucher and was able to buy the entrance to the 3 other places. I really enjoyed the park as a solo traveler. people next in line (strangers) were so nice to take my photo. if I am able to secure a premium pass the next time, I'll do it again. happy inner child here.

This is the highlight of our Japan trip. My 4yo son had so much fun and never had a dull moment. Every spot is picture perfect and each area had different activities for kids, either run around or calm down with lego blocks. Klook booking is super helpful and easy to use. We just scanned our barcode on my phone and entered the venue. Super hassle free! Almost no lines to the rides as well so we were able to maximize our stay during the 10am-5pm opening time. We’d love to come back and still use Klook for booking.

The private is actually the same if you buy it in person but the line was really long when we got there so it was definitely a good choice to buy it off Klook. The aquarium was so cute they had an orca, belugas and a dolphin show. Should take around 2-3 hrs to see everything and they had restaurants nearby where you could eat. Great place to visit if you have children. When we visited I think it was. japanese holiday and there were a lot of people but never as many as the people in Tokyo or Osaka. I’d still recommend this as the view at the port was also amazing. There’s also a nearby theme park that you can visit

Our tour guide Xi was nice, organised and gave good tips during the tour of where to go and what to try. His recommendations were spot on especially the egg pudding in Shiragawa. Get in early to get the original pudding to avoid disappointment. We managed to still get the coffee and custard and they were delicious! It snowed and was magical. Don't forget to wear appropriate footwear as sleet and water can get into your sneakers, otherwise we had the best day!

This 11hr tour (from meet-up and back to Nagoya Station) was 100% value for money! The tour guide, John Lee, thoroughly explained our 3-destination itinerary, from history to significance in Nagoya. He's very knowledgeable! Also, he was very courteous, polite and made sure everybody in the bus "fastened their seatbelts". Kudos to our driver as well. He driver carefully and was very attentive. We started at Gujo Hachiman, then Takayama and lastly Shirakawago. It was a dream come true for me seeing the fresh snowfall covered houses in Shirakawago. Been wanting to visit this Unesco Heritage Site and it was definitely a sight for sore eyes! Over-all I would give this a 10/10 rating.

If you are an animal lover visiting Nagoya, a trip to Higashiyama Zoo is an absolute must! It offers incredible value, and you're guaranteed an amazing, animal-filled day. We can't wait to come back!

The entire itinerary was planned wonderfully, allowing us ample time to deeply explore the charming locations of Shirakawa-go Gassho Village and Hida Takayama. The day trip included convenient and comfortable bus transportation, eliminating any worries about complicated travel arrangements, and allowing us to fully enjoy the beautiful scenery. The tour guide, Liu Mei, was extremely knowledgeable about the itinerary, and her explanations were lively and interesting, providing us with much practical and interesting information. She not only proactively reminded us of various precautions but also took care of the needs of different members of the group, making everyone feel at home. Her Chinese expression was clear and fluent, completely eliminating any language barriers, making the entire communication process very pleasant. Even on the return trip to Nagoya city, she proactively introduced places to visit and must-try foods for our subsequent itinerary. If you are looking for a high-value Shirakawa-go & Hida Takayama day trip, this itinerary, combined with an excellent tour guide like Liu Mei, is definitely your best choice!

Pictures are of December 4, 2025. it's an English group of 30 more guests. every one is on time at all sites makes the tour going smoothly. Hida beef lunch is tasty and food are well enough for any adults. I enjoyed the one day trip.

Shirakawago is amazing most esp in winter. We're lucky to experience snow this early in Dec. The place is simply magical!!! Kudos also to Frank for making sure the tour ran smoothly & on time. It was great also for him to let us take a photo of his map for each location w/c shows us we're to go to maximaze the limited time we had & providing recommendations on where to go, eat & what souveniers to buy. Thank you Frank!
