The hotel is gorgeous! There's an aquarium right at the entrance with tons of beautiful fish. The rooms are spacious and clean, and we were very satisfied with the recreational facilities. There's a thrilling water slide and a relaxing leisure park, making it suitable for both seniors and children. The service is courteous and helpful. We'll definitely come back!

The counter at Daxing airport is not open as it’s still undergoing maintenance. The contact person mail the metro cards to our hotel via express delivery that arrived on the morning when we checked into our hotel.

Mr Teo was a lifesaver! He chauffeured us around Sanya and still managed to squeeze in a last-minute detour to another awesome spot. The guy's got a wealth of knowledge - he gave us the lowdown on all the cool places we visited. We felt like he genuinely cared about showing us the best of Sanya.
