Our tour guide was 谢宇, and he was very nice and accommodating towards us as we were the only non PRCs in the tour group. The 1st night in Changsha was free roam and a night stay. The tour guide met up with us on the 2nd day, the zjj route we did was the grand valley so it was the glass bridge, VR, zipline/elevator, slide and boat. Just fyi that there’s 2 boat rides and need to walk about 3km+. There’s the charming xiangxi show, if you like Chinese opera and theatrics you should go. The tianmen 山 was just a lot of escalators and cable car ride back to the entrance. Furong town and Fenghuang is more olden city vibes and they provided FOC miao outfit. We paid +$80 per pax for the activites, $30 for room upgrade, $40 for makeup and photoshoot. (sgd) It’s a great tour and I would recommend this, the hotels are decent and food is good. They walk v quickly so if you tend to slow down and take photos then you’ll be left behind. Cuz we were always the last to catchup as we were vlogging.

The itinerary these days is really perfect. I saw the sunrise. Although the weather was good for only one day, the tour guide saved us a lot of time and dealt with a lot of problems. Thanks to our handsome and kind guide, Ashui (Ye Jurong), we had a comfortable, safe, and breathtaking trip. The itinerary started with Tianmen Mountain on the first day, followed by Yuanjiajie, Yangjiajie, and Tianzi Mountain on the second day, and finished at Huangshizhai and Jin鞭溪 (Golden Whip Stream) on the third day. Everything we saw was mesmerizing, like a utopia, and the scenery was mysterious and unforgettable. It is a natural heritage site that you must see before you die. The accommodation arranged by the guide was very large and clean, and it was close to the food night market and performance hall, so we could spend the evenings without any regrets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and we ate a lot. The two-night stay was very comfortable, and there was nothing to be desired in terms of the shower, bed, and TV. For two dinners, we had traditional Chinese cuisine, which was so delicious that it completely changed our preconceptions. It was so delicious that my colleagues and I ate until we were full. Throughout the package schedule, our guide was always attentive to the guests, especially giving us plenty of time to wait for the restroom, and arranging enough time for taking pictures and free time, which made the trip comfortable and satisfying. October in Zhangjiajie is cool and nice, but you should bring an umbrella, raincoat, and light padding in the mountains just in case. If I come again, I will book this package again. For your information, We didn't go to Huanglong Cave, Baofeng Lake, or the Grand Canyon Glass Bridge. After finishing the 3rd day, we can arrive at Zhangjiajie West Railway Station (high-speed railway station) around 12:30 PM, so you can book your train tickets accordingly.

Our tour guide, Mr. Han Jinwei, provided attentive care throughout the trip. He equipped each member of the group with headphones, allowing us to clearly hear his explanations of the attractions. He also proactively offered to help take photos, and his photography skills were excellent! The itinerary was flexible, allowing us to stop and slowly appreciate each attraction. After the two-day trip, Xiao Jin also helped us book a ride-hailing car to the high-speed rail station. A responsible and five-star tour guide!

Nice trip with great tour guard 阿军。But the itinerary is different from what is stated. short of a lunch as indicated for last day at Fenghuang old city. contacted the tour operator Sally. she is very helpful and responsive. she helped to apply for compensation but till now not refunded yet. I booked high speed train from Changsha to Zhangjiajie @10am. returned I booked 2pm from Fenghuang to CHANGSHA. the plan goes smoothly. All hotels are nice and clean. recommended. itinerary:

Our guide , Xiong Junke, is very kind, thoughtful and caring. Though we cannot speak chinese he was very attentive to our needs, especially to my sister. He tried his best to communicate to us.

My trip to Zhangjiajie was nothing short of amazing! The scenic views were absolutely breathtaking—towering sandstone pillars, lush forests, and mist-covered peaks that looked like they were straight out of a movie (no wonder it inspired the floating mountains in Avatar). Every part of the tour was well-organized, from the visit to the famous Zhangjiajie National Forest Park was tiring but unforgettable. Tianmen Mountain, with its cable car ride and Heavenly Gate, was another highlight—truly awe-inspiring. The natural beauty of the area is beyond words. Photos don’t do it justice—you really have to see it in person to understand how magical it is. If you're a nature lover or adventure seeker, this destination is a must.
