We had a fantastic experience on this trip. Everything was smooth, well-organized, and truly enjoyable, with beautiful winter scenery at every stop. Big thanks to our guide, James, who was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole trip easy and memorable. Highly recommended.

Punctual pickup, but there were some delays during the trip because other tourists were slow + weather conditions, making the trip boring and returning 1 hour later than scheduled. We viewed trees from the car. There was a snowmobile available for an extra charge of ¥15,000 for 1 person per snowmobile or ¥20,000 for 2 people per snowmobile. There was also a banana boat which was cheaper and more fun. The snowmobile was very slow, so everyone just followed each other and it wasn't very fun.

Today was an absolutely amazing trip! Our tour guide, Kevin, was incredibly kind, accommodating, and attentive to all our needs. He thoughtfully anticipated the weather conditions and adjusted the itinerary smoothly, ensuring everything went perfectly. I traveled with my husband, and we truly appreciated that we never felt rushed. Kevin was patient, considerate, and made the entire experience comfortable and enjoyable. He also shared helpful recommendations and important safety tips, which made us feel well taken care of throughout the trip. We would gladly rate his service and this tour 10/10. It exceeded our expectations, and we will definitely recommend this experience to our friends and colleagues in Singapore.

Although the weather wasn't ideal and the icebreaker GARINKO III cruise in Mombetsu didn't allow us to fully enjoy the icebreaking experience, the overall day trip was still unforgettable. While the sunset cruise didn't happen, the stunning views of the Sounkyo Icefall and the Ice Waterfall Festival more than made up for it. Stepping into Sounkyo, the enormous icefalls shimmered in the sunlight, resembling a vivid ice painting that inspired awe. The Ice Waterfall Festival showcased a unique beauty of winter, with colorful lights reflecting on the ice, creating a magical atmosphere. These natural beauties not only relaxed me but also made me appreciate the unique charm of winter even more. Although I couldn't personally experience the icebreaker, the magnificence of nature filled me with immense satisfaction. This tour left me with a deep impression of the winter scenery of Mombetsu, and I look forward to the next opportunity to challenge the icebreaker adventure.

It was a very good and fun trip! Our guide name is Tenzo and he is very helpful, knows a lot and competent. We got plenty of time during the trip because of his tips and trick and we managed to get to all the places without rushing, even got an additional time during every places. Overall it was an enjoyable trip! very recommend this tour. You don’t have to be worry for not being contacted after you book this tour, because they’ll contact you D-1 the tour date for your meeting time and else. I recommend to come early on the day so you can get the front seat and it really helps your mobility and time during the whole trip.

We had a truly wonderful experience. The guide was very enthusiastic and happily taught us how to ski, let us experience different runs, and was very professional in ski instruction, ensuring the safety of the players. This is a truly professional tour in all aspects of organization, from reception, guidance on choosing boots and skis, transportation, and ski lessons. This tour is well worth experiencing.
