Whether you're chasing the Northern Lights in Iceland, riding a brand-new roller coaster in Los Angeles or hopping between cities by train in Europe, this list is packed with ideas to spark your wanderlust. Trust us, you’ll want to start planning early!
1) Paris, France
Paris is already magical, but 2026 is set to make it even more enchanting. At Disneyland Paris, a brand-new immersive themed land is opening in the newly renamed Disney Adventure World (formerly Walt Disney Studios Park), bringing next-level storytelling and attractions to the park.
Even more exciting, the highly anticipated World of Frozen officially opens on 29 March 2026, and it’s already making waves on social media with the adorable, free-roaming robot Olaf melting hearts all around Arendelle.
Beyond the parks, Paris continues to charm with its timeless beauty, from the sparkling Eiffel Tower to the Seine River Sightseeing Cruise to cosy cafés and world-class art. With fairytales and French flair in one trip, Paris is a dream destination for 2026.
2) Nagoya, Japan
Nagoya is gearing up to take centre stage as the host of the 2026 Asian Games — and there’s no better time to plan a trip! While often overshadowed by Tokyo or Osaka, this underrated city blends tradition and innovation in all the right ways.
Explore the majestic Nagoya Castle, let your inner child run wild at Japan's first LEGOLAND Theme Park or go on a day tour to Ghibli Park!
