Sea Stars 2D1N Cruise: Ha Long Bay, Sung Sot, Ti Top

Most Halong Bay cruises claim to be “5-star,” but very few actually deliver. This one genuinely does. From the moment we boarded, everything felt premium, the design of the cruise, the smooth operations and the calm, well organised atmosphere. The cruise stood out so much that people at the bay were stopping to take photos of it. The staff were exceptionally polite, professional and attentive, which made the entire experience completely stress free. The food was excellent, with a great buffet spread and well prepared meals throughout the journey. Activities were well planned and enjoyable. We booked the 2 days / 1 night option but after experiencing the cruise, I honestly wish we had chosen 3 days / 2 nights — that’s how good it was. A special thank you to the team for upgrading my suite to a premium room, which made the stay even more memorable. If you want a cruise that actually lives up to the 5-star label, this is the one. Amazing overall experience with only about 25 guests on the entire cruise with equal number of staff catering to our needs. Rooms are plush and modern while the entire ship is luxurious and spacious. Staff were amazing as well, very friendly and do a great job setting expeditions. We were always informed on dining, activities, etc which were all very good. Highly recommend this cruise it.

Read the reviews, was quite afraid that would not get the right ship. In conclusion, got the Sea Stars cruise. The driver picked up at the hotel in Hanoi and sent back to Hanoi without any problems. All contact was done via WhatsApp. The ship's service was excellent, luxurious, comfortable sleep, smooth drive. But the food was not very diverse. Some things ran out and were not refilled, such as shrimp, even though they were in the sea. If there was a lot of food, would give full 5 stars. It would be good to secretly bring water and beer in your luggage because the ship is very expensive.

Amazing experience on the Catherine Cruise last week - still dreaming about it back home. Excellent staff throughout - Maddie the very responsive and responsible coordinator from the start to all the excellent crew members, including Van who was very attentive, considerate and professional, and Ashley the guide who kindly offered to take photos for us. The rooms and facilities were wonderful too. A pity we didnt have enough time to rest and relax, enjoy the beautiful scenery and breeze from the balcony, the bath or the very comfortable bed. Would have liked to book a 2 night stay - only the 1 night option was available on Klook. We spent less than 24hrs on the cruise as had to check out early in preparation for next batch of guests. It turned out to be too rushed, though we appreciated and enjoyed the excursions and activities organised. All in all, it was a great and memorable experience, and have highly recommended to my friends.

Although we were changed to a different ship from the one we had originally planned, we had a wonderful time on board. We did not participate in any activities, but since people of all ages and genders can spend their time however they like, we can confidently recommend this to friends and acquaintances. It will be a good memory to go on board to celebrate an anniversary or birthday. The staff were also friendly and welcoming, and it is a cruise that we would like to go on again. We have wonderful memories. Thank you!

I was able to enjoy a very luxurious cruise journey. Although there weren't many menus that suited the taste of Koreans, the bread and desserts were really high quality! The schedule was also very full and tight. However, the guide who explained in the cave explained better than other teams. The swimming pool was really nice. The massage therapist's massage was also really great. The only regret was that the schedule was full and there wasn't enough time to enjoy the nice facilities, but it was so, so good. All the staff are warm and cheerful, and will help solve any problems. The main group itinerary will not be too tight at two times. The meals on board are great, the meat is fresh and tender, and there are plenty of seafood. But dinner time is not friendly to vegetarians. For dinner, they usually eat Western-style steaks. Vegetarians only have pizza, pasta and potatoes. Pasta and pizza are very similar to packaged food. The view from the room is great! Extra large floor-to-ceiling windows, a sense of design, good sound insulation, and a very peaceful sleep~

the cruise was indeed offering a luxurious experience, the room, the staffs, the room did meet our expectations. however, one little suggestion is it would have been perfect if water was provided during lunch and dinner.

Excellent food, excellent yacht. Worth the price. Room was in great condition and excursions were fun.

The cruise ship's rooms, service, food, and itinerary are all five-star level, almost perfect, with nothing to criticize. However, the bus transfer service only deserves one star. The journey to Ha Long Bay took three hours without stopping. If you wanted to use the restroom, you had to hold it until the driver could get a commission at a gift shop. Once inside the gift shop, it was a one-way street, and you couldn't leave until you had walked through the entire store (a very long walk). After leaving the gift shop, the destination was less than five minutes away. Was it really necessary to waste half an hour going to the gift shop to use the restroom? Speechless~.
