L'Amour 2D1N Cruise: Ha Long Bay with Sung Sot & Ti Top

I had booked two rooms, an oriental cabin and century cabin. Originally I had booked the oriental cabin as I wanted a bathtub with ocean view. I was given 2 century rooms. I requested for a refund from Klook for the difference in the rooms and was provided the refund. We had a vegetarian in the group and the cruise was very accommodating with their meals providing good dishes for every meal. the other members of our group also enjoyed their meals and buffet style food was also very good quality. We especially liked the traditional Vietnamese band that played during the dinner. The locations we visited were a little crowded but definitely worth visiting.

The room was very clean, and dinner was excellent. There were no issues at all; overall, it was great.

Extremely satisfied! The itinerary was well-paced and very engaging, offering unique sea views. The ship is brand new, and the rooms are beyond five-star. Definitely worth experiencing again.

very pleasant experience . everything was smooth from booking. staff was very cooperative . food was delicious . they arrange the activities as per planned and shown on klook. overall nice 5star experience. strongly recommended if u visit vietnam.

Highly recommended cruise. The boat is brand new!!! The staff was very attentive and friendly. We were very lucky that there were only a few of us, which made the service even more personal. As for the activities, the cave excursion was spectacular. The canoe ride was also very good. What I didn't like was the cooking class: more than a class, she cooked in front of us, explaining and letting us taste, but at no point did we actually do the cooking ourselves. The activity list also mentioned a Tai Chi class in the morning, but upon arrival, it wasn't advertised anywhere, nor was another activity offered to replace it. Transfer: it was a bit chaotic, both at pickup (they called us using different numbers; one told us they couldn't access our hotel (claiming a bus wouldn't fit on the street, when in reality it was a two-way street and buses did fit), and the other person who called us said they would pick us up without any problem.

It’s a new cruise, very clean and hygienic. My family is vegetarian, and they took very good care of our food requirements, which we really appreciated. Just one thing that slightly bothered us was that the next day’s schedule started very early. Breakfast was only between 6:30 and 7:00 AM, and at 7:30 AM they left for Titop Island. My mother, who is 73 years old, got delayed by about 10 minutes and they left without her. Also, checkout was at 9:30 AM, but our pickup car (which was provided by them ) had not arrived. Even after checking out on time, we had to wait in the lobby with our luggage until 11:45 AM.

We got transferred to Celina of the Sea cruise ship and got upgraded for free! Definitely a great experience because of the warm welcoming of the staff and kudos to the Manager on board - Robert for keeping the cruise safe and fun!

We went on the L'Amour cruise for a 2D1N stay . Everything from the hotel pick up to drop off the next day was organized, smooth and efficient. The staff, tour guide and facilities at the cruise were amazing. The food at the cruise was excellent and well thought of. the less number of rokms and the newer cabins just added to the experience. All in all, much recommended.

Overall, the two-day, one-night trip was quite satisfactory. We were originally assigned a room on the second floor with two single beds and a sauna, but due to an air conditioning malfunction, we were moved to a room with a king-size bed on the third floor. However, the bathroom had a bathtub, which my 87-year-old mother couldn't use to shower. Due to the language barrier, I wasn't able to communicate this effectively.
