Overall, my experience with Alisa Cruise 2D1N was very good. The itinerary was well-planned and enjoyable, with plenty of activities without feeling rushed. The service was attentive, and the staff were caring and professional throughout the trip. The attractions along the journey were definitely worth visiting, and I learned and experienced a lot. In terms of value for money, it is absolutely worth it. The experience matches well with the price paid. Safety was also very reassuring, the crew consistently ensured everyone’s safety, and the captain drove smoothly, making the whole journey feel secure and comfortable. Highly recommended overall.

Although our initial booking for Alisa Cruise was fully booked, she quickly sourced a great alternative, L’amour Cruise, which turned out to be a wonderful experience for our family. She also thoughtfully suggested an additional bed for our kids and ensured all bookings and transportation were well coordinated. The room and toilet were very spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, which made our stay even more comfortable. I had an amazing experience on the Alisa Premier Luxury Cruise (2D1N) in Halong Bay! The staff were absolutely wonderful — friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. They even surprised me with a birthday cake and a song, which made the trip extra special. The food was delicious and beautifully presented, and the room was neat, clean, and very comfortable. I also really enjoyed the activities, especially visiting the cave and kayaking, though I wished there was a bit more time at the beach. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience with excellent service, great food, and stunning views. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Halong Bay!

We joined a 2D1N Halong Bay cruise with Alisa Premier Cruise and had a wonderful experience. The staff were friendly and attentive, especially Ian and Jason (Chinese-speaking). Jason thoughtfully took care of my meals as I don’t eat seafood, which I truly appreciated. He speaks both Mandarin and English, making communication easy. Ian, who was also our tour guide to Ti Top Island and Surprise Cave, was knowledgeable, funny, and spoke excellent English, making the trips enjoyable. The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall environment was well maintained. I chose Alisa for its vintage style, and it definitely lived up to expectations, charming and cozy. I’d recommend trying the cocktail “The Vietnamese.” We also tried squid fishing but no luck, but it was still fun! Overall, we were very satisfied with the service and experience. Highly recommended!

it was a really memorable trip for me & my wife and we embarked from Hanoi & they were nice enough to pick me from my hotel at old quarter & also dropped us back at the same place after the trip the next day. Shoutout to Mie from SST travel who contacted me the day before & although there was some confusion on my side she was patient enough to explain and also help me. Tuan the guide on the bus was also kind & professional. I was impressed with how smooth the transfers all were from Hanoi to Ha Long Bay to the check in. The Alisa crew was also very helpful and it was a really pleasant stay. We enjoyed Ian our tour guide & receptionist who had stories to tell during the excursions to the different islands and also Jin our waitress and staff who was pleasant. James the manager was also clear with his instructions and we appreciated that. The ship was beautiful & the scenery was breathtaking. It was such a wonderful experience ♥️

The itinerary was well-paced—we enjoyed riding the boat through the limestone karsts, visiting a stunning cave, and relaxing on the sundeck with cocktails at sunset. The activities were organized smoothly, never rushed, and always fun. The staff were attentive and always went the extra mile to make sure everyone was comfortable. What really stood out was the balance of relaxation and adventure whether we wanted quiet time on the balcony or to join group activities, the experience felt perfectly tailored. I highly recommend the Alisa Premier Cruise if you want a luxurious yet friendly Ha Long Bay experience. Worth every penny, and I’d gladly do it again!

Because the original cruise was fully booked, we switched to the Victory Star. I'd like to thank Alice from SST Travel for helping to arrange the itinerary and for her patient communication throughout the process. The cruise, including the service and food, was excellent, especially Manager Leo and the tour guide who were both very responsible and provided detailed explanations. The scenery and activities in Ha Long Bay were wonderful, making this cruise trip truly worthwhile!

The experience was too good and worth it. We are vegetarians and the crew made sure that all meals had enough options for vegetarians. The rooms are clean and cozy and balcony is a great add on! The experiences included are great as well - Kayaking at Luon cave, Sung sot cave, Titop island (A little crowded as a lot of tourists have started coming). Would totally recommend doing this tour with Alisia Premium cruise while visiting Halong Bay!

This was a cruise with no particular drawbacks. It was occasionally noisy because of the Chinese tour groups, but the French-style dinner was satisfying and the tours were good. The crew guided us at each tour location, so we could learn more, and we were comfortable because all services included detailed explanations. You can choose between kayaking and a bamboo boat for the activities, but choose kayaking if possible! Finally, thank you and I miss the really kind crew. I express my gratitude by looking at the Polaroid photos we took together!

My daughter and I made unforgettable memories on our trip here. The staff's kindness and service were a bonus. I especially can't forget the kindness that Emma, a female staff member with glasses, showed my daughter^^. There aren't a huge variety of foods, but each dish is genuinely delicious and has almost no strong flavors (or rather, no flavors at all), so anyone can enjoy them without feeling averse. We enjoyed all four meals so much, and the manager who accompanied us on every itinerary and kindly explained everything made it so much fun. The pool is small but sufficient to enjoy, and the room condition was top-notch. It was so clean and cold, which we liked. We were also very satisfied with the jacuzzi tub.
