I actually did not managed to go to the activity becuase my child was sick that morning. The operator called me but could not speak English. He then emailed me and I emailed him back try to find another slot, unfortunately there was no other timing on that day. Upon coming back Klook actually refunded me! Best service award Klook! Really amazing experience to have. Had a great guide that showed us a wonderful time. Cruising down the river was awesome. We stopped for abit and they guide cooked us a marshow squished between biscuits and a cup of tea. Afterwards we had to go back up the river but it was upstream so the guide had to pull the raft with us on it back up. Cool once in a lifetime experience that I would highly recommend to others!

When it was upside down, I couldn't see the branches in the direction of the forward direction and couldn't avoid it. Then I was caught. I hit the water and climbed back on the boat, but my hands and feet were a little bit frostbitten. The scenery was really beautiful. I hope to remove the branches in some places to avoid my case. The water boat will instead use a motor or electric boat to move forward. It would be better so that every guest does not need to hold a paddle and can focus more on the safety situation around them. If we talk about the scenery, this is the best project. Don’t let people not want to go because of me. As long as you pay attention to safety, this is still a very good project with the best scenery.
