I bought four tickets for Friday, June 29 at 8:30 three or four days in advance. They were the last four tickets. I wanted to take the second-to-last bus back that afternoon, but there were no tickets. But there were seven or eight empty seats on the bus that day, and many people used bus cards (i.e. no reservations), so I don’t know if this bus is partly booked by Klook and partly on-site. If you can’t book it on Klook, you can try on-site. If there are no tickets, someone at the station will ask you if you want to share a car. The reference price is 200 per person, and 1000 for a chartered car. From the MRT Gate 1 exit, you can see the bus station as soon as you get on the elevator. Get on the bus and scan the code for the driver. The journey takes 55 minutes, and there is not much traffic on the road (I observed that the ibus takes a long time for a few days). You can see the Pingtung Plain on the road, with many banana trees and betel nut trees. There is wifi and charging on the bus, and there are special seats for wheelchairs.

It is so convenient to take the high-speed rail to Zuoying and then take the Taiwan Express to Donggang. It is much faster than taking the MRT to Caoya and asking colleagues to pick you up. I will take advantage of it if I have the opportunity in the future!

After disembarking from the ferry from Little Liuqiu, wait for the bus at the same location where you got off (single-side stop). Queue according to the crowd. When the bus is about to arrive, ticket staff will confirm the number of passengers one by one. When the bus arrives, simply show the driver your QR code for scanning – it's very convenient! If you want to take an earlier or later bus, you'll need to queue on-site for any available seats. If there are seats available, you can take them, and it's very comfortable.

After arriving at the Zuoying HSR Station, follow the signs for the bus/Shin Kong Mitsukoshi to take the escalator down to the first floor. The bus station will be there, and the first bus stop on the far right is for the 9127. If you are taking the bus at your designated time, simply show the QR code to the driver for scanning, which is very convenient! If you are taking an earlier or later bus, you will need to queue on-site for standby seating. Any available seat is free to take, making it very comfortable.
