What to expect
The Ali Mountain-Shanlinxi Traverse refers to a route between the Alishan National Forest Recreation Area in Chiayi County and the Shanlinxi Forest Recreation Area in Nantou County.
Along the way, you'll see distinctive and beautiful scenery, including forests, railways, sacred trees, and train stations.
Alishan is located 75 kilometers east of Chiayi City, Taiwan Province, with an altitude of 2216 meters.
In addition to guided tours, there are also pre-arranged local tour routes on-site for guidance.
