- We will primarily use standard vehicles for transportation during the tour. If standard vehicles are insufficient, taxis may be used. Vehicle type cannot be specified.
Additional information
- The following situations will incur additional charges, payable in cash to the driver on-site:
- Overtime fee: 5-seater car TWD 400/hour, 7-seater TWD 500/hour, 9-seater car: TWD 600/hour
- To ensure time management and visitor safety, the driver will inform you on the day if some attractions are closed due to weather or other reasons.
- Please pay the additional fee for remote areas to the driver on-site. The fee will be based on the amount specified on the voucher.
- For trips to "Golden Needle Hill": 5-seater + NT$300/vehicle; 7 & 9-seater + NT$500
- Child seats are available upon request
- Please note that one child seat is equivalent to one passenger
Surcharge fees during the 2026 Lunar New Year period are as follows (please pay the driver in cash on the day):
Taitung charter (2026/2/14–2/22)
- Half-day tour: Surcharge TWD 500/vehicle
- One-day tour: Surcharge TWD 1,000/vehicle
- In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or blizzards, a decision will be made on whether to cancel the tour 1 day before departure (local time 20:00), and you will be notified by email.
- In the event of force majeure factors such as typhoons, heavy rain, earthquakes, etc. that lead to the cancellation of the itinerary, a full refund will be given; travelers can also postpone the date of travel or cancel the reservation.
- For the sake of time management and tourist safety, the driver will inform you on the day if some attractions cannot be visited due to weather or other factors.
- If you are unable to board the vehicle due to personal reasons such as being late, or if you do not return to the boarding point at the scheduled time during the tour, no refund will be given and no rescheduling will be possible. Please be aware of this.
- Please pay the surcharge for remote areas to the driver on site. The fee is based on the amount stated on the voucher.
- The driver's contact information will be notified by SMS one day before departure, so please pay attention.

We had a great experience with our private car excursion to Sanxiantai. Booking through Klook was easy and reliable—I reserved on 3/14 for our 3/17 trip. Within a day, their team contacted me to confirm details and inform me of a reasonable surcharge for choosing Sanxiantai as a half-day destination. We received our driver’s details the day before, and on the day of the trip, Mr. Lin arrived within five minutes of the scheduled time. He was friendly, courteous, and never rushed us, allowing plenty of time to fully enjoy the scenery. The drive was about an hour each way, with two hours to explore Sanxiantai. On the return trip, he kindly stopped at a roadside fruit stand so we could try custard apple, and he also recommended and dropped us off at a tasty local fried chicken spot. Overall, we were very happy with the experience and would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxed and convenient way to explore beyond the city.

I booked a 4-seater, but a 9-seater Benz came, so I was a little surprised. Mr. Ke, the driver, was really kind and drove safely. Although his English wasn't very good, he used a translator and provided guidance and explanations whenever necessary. He took nice pictures, and the lunch at the Japanese restaurant he recommended was very delicious.
