I spontaneously decided to soak in a hot spring to relieve the fatigue from hiking. To use a private hot spring room, you need to check in at the building diagonally across from the hotel, on the basement floor. Show your voucher, and a staff member will lead you towards the public bath area and the private rooms. I thought the private rooms were quite large, clean, and hygienic. They have a separate shower (with scented all-in-one shampoo and body wash) and a separate toilet. They also provide two bottles of mineral water, a hairdryer, and four towels (one large and three small). Soaking was incredibly comfortable. There's a parking lot available. It's perfect when you're feeling exhausted. I'll definitely visit again next time.

The hot spring spa at Fuli Hot Spring was relaxing and good value for money. The entrance is a little hard to find, so we went to the hotel counter for directions. They pointed us to a staff member in a green T-shirt who guided us towards the spa area, which is quite far inside. It was easy to redeem with our Klook reservation. The spa is big, spacious, and well maintained, with both hot and cold pools available. We booked the last slot at 7:30 pm, so we had to turn off the lights and close the door ourselves as no staff were around. Overall, a much-needed and enjoyable soak.

Awesome! I booked it on 12/26 and was able to use it right away at noon. The onsen room was big and very clean. I took my elderly grandmother to the hot spring that day, and since there were no accessible facilities for the stairs, the staff were very enthusiastic in helping us. Thank you so much! It fulfilled my grandmother's wish to soak in a hot spring 🥰. The afternoon tea portion was generous, and the desserts were quite delicious.

The hot spring house here is one of the best options for hot spring bathing around Sun Moon Lake. It is private and comfortable, allowing people to completely immerse themselves in the warm spring water and wash away their fatigue. The service staff is friendly and considerate. From the moment you enter the room to the moment you leave, you can feel the attentive reception, which makes you feel honored. The hotel has an elegant and quiet environment. Whether you come here just to soak in the hot springs, or to enjoy food or stay in the hotel, you can experience the ultimate relaxation. There are many new attractions to explore in the surrounding area. After taking a bath, you may want to go to the Xiangshan Visitor Center to enjoy the lake view, or stroll along the Shuishe Pier to experience the charm of the lake and mountains. No matter spring, summer, autumn or winter, each season has its own unique charm. Sun Moon Lake Fuli Hot Spring Hotel is really the best choice for taking a hot spring bath!

The overall environment is good, and the afternoon tea is also good, with a relaxing atmosphere. The onsen (hot spring) room is a little bit of a pity, as the water volume isn't very large, so it takes a while to fill. Also, possibly because it wasn't cleaned beforehand, plus the mountainous area is inherently prone to small insects, it's still understandable; but seeing small insects floating on the surface of the water when filling it is still a bit uncomfortable. If the onsen room could be improved a bit in terms of cleaning details, the overall experience would be even more perfect~

Lovely, quiet and relaxing facility!

The staff were friendly, and the hot spring facilities were very clean and beautiful. The hot spring rooms are right next to the swimming pool. The 2-in-1 body wash and shampoo provided in the shower room has an essential oil scent that helps you relax. Complimentary black tea and snacks are available. However, there were many ants around the hot spring, so you need to be careful that they don't crawl on you or that there aren't any in the water. It affected my mood a little.

The CP value is high, and you have plenty of time for a 2-hour bath. The bathhouse is spacious, with dry and wet areas separated. The tub has hot and cold soup, 2 filter coffees and small cookies, and lotion for skin care after the bath. After the bath, you can go directly to the restaurant to enjoy a delicious afternoon tea, with fixed desserts and unlimited drinks! There is an extra charge of NT$300 for use on holidays, so it is more cost-effective on weekdays. I hope they can offer a hot spring bath and lunch, which will definitely be more perfect!

The bathhouse area is very large, and the hotel environment is grand and beautiful. Unfortunately, the bathroom facilities are incomplete. The shower head rod was broken, there was no place to hang wet clothes and towels, and there was no separation between wet and dry areas. Be careful of the slippery marble floor. When the hot spring water is turned on, the bathroom will run out of hot water... However, the food after bathing was surprisingly delicious, and the restaurant environment was very comfortable. I felt that dining there was a good experience.
