Phoenix 2D1N Cruise: Ha Long Bay Tour with Sung Sot and Ti Top

This cruise is good and worth the money. All 4 meals included (lunch, dinner, bfast, lunch) with generous portions. Food was delicious. Do note that all drinks are charged separately. All cave entries and activities(kayaking, swimming, squid fishing) are included. Guide Loong was knowledgeable and communicates well in English. Top deck of cruise is great to chill in with nice beach chairs. Room is basic and toilet has warm water for showers. Spotted one small cockroach upon checking out though, maybe cleanliness of housekeeping can be improved.

It was an amazing cruise. Our Tour Guide - Mr. Sea made our cruise even more memorable. He planned our trip very well as we avoided the crowd in Tip Top Beach and Sung Sot Cave. He also made sure that everyone was well taken cared of. Seeing both the sunset and sunrise in Halong Bay was a treasure however the most memorable part for me of the trip was the kayaking. I will definitely highly recommend this cruise/tour to my friends. Thank you again Mr. Sea and to the whole crew of Halong Phoenix Cruiser.

overall a fun experience. Boat was a little older looking, but decent for the price we paid. You do sacrifice some luxury. Food was alright, drinks were chargeable. activities were typical of Halong Bay. caves, hikes, beaches, squid fishing and kayaking, all in beautiful scenery. Guides were amazing and caring, but communication can have hiccups, with things lost in translation, and english being their 2nd lang. We had a little mishap with our luggage almost falling in the sea during the transfer too. But guide was quick to own up and apologise.

If you're prone to seasickness, I recommend giving this a try – it really works! The two-day, one-night Ha Long Bay tour is comfortable and relaxing. In some areas, there's no cell service, which encourages people to put down their phones and chat with those around them, and just unwind. The rooms are standard, with all the necessary amenities. The floor in the last room is slanted, which is kind of unique. I made sure to turn my pillow around when sleeping to avoid any head rush. The bed is on the firm side, but very comfortable. Having 24-hour air conditioning is essential. The shower water isn't very hot, to be honest. The portions are generous and the food is quite tasty.

The tour guide contacted the pick-up location in advance and responded quickly to messages. There was no need to worry about the package being lost. The Halong Bay cruise experience is very worthwhile. The itinerary is very fulfilling and not compact. The scenery is very beautiful no matter day or night. It is highly recommended to visit Halong Bay. Travelers must experience a cruise.

Really enjoyed the experience on the cruise! Very comfortable and comfortable! The tour guide Daniel explained very clearly and the itinerary was very exciting and not boring, but the equipment on the boat was a bit old.
