Head to Kobe Shoshinkan, known for Fukuju. Enjoy the Japanese garden and the history of the sake brewery, and learn about the differences in flavor caused by rice, water, fermentation, and brewing methods through explanations by an expert guide and tastings.

We will visit the locally beloved Okage Tofu-an and the residential area. The purchase of tofu and light snacks is optional and at your own expense. On store closing days such as Sundays and public holidays, we will guide you to a different sake brewery.

At the Hakutsuru Sake Brewery Museum, expert guides give an easy-to-understand explanation of sake brewing methods while you view traditional brewing tools and exhibits. After the tour, you can enjoy tastings.

We will visit the Kiku-Masamune Sake Brewing Memorial Hall on an open day to compare different sakes. It is normally closed on Tuesdays (with exceptions such as national holidays), so if it is closed, we will guide you to a different sake brewery. The order of visits and the brands available for tasting may change depending on operating conditions.
