• 【Fireworks Festival Canceled / Postponed】
• If the fireworks display is officially announced to be canceled or postponed before departure (at the latest, the day before), this itinerary will be canceled, and we will proactively contact the registration representative to handle subsequent matters.
• If the cancellation is announced only on the day of departure due to local factors, the cancellation notice may be sent on the morning of the departure day. We appreciate your understanding.
• If the fireworks festival is announced to be canceled or postponed after the itinerary has already started, the tour may be adjusted to visit other attractions, and any incurred itinerary fees cannot be refunded.
• 【Transportation and Collection Arrangements】
• On the day of the fireworks festival, there will be a large crowd of people and vehicles at the venue. To ensure a smooth arrival, ample time will be reserved. After arriving at the venue, you may need to wait to enter or watch.
• It takes approximately 15 to 30 minutes to walk from the bus parking lot to the fireworks viewing area. Please wear shoes suitable for long walks.
• After the fireworks, the surrounding roads are expected to be quite congested. The estimated return arrival time is around 23:50, but the actual time may be adjusted due to traffic conditions on the day.
• 【Spectator Seating Instructions】
• This itinerary arranges for [group box seats (designated viewing seats)], and seats are uniformly arranged by the organizer, so seat locations cannot be specified.
• Due to different viewing angles and seating positions, some low-altitude fireworks or specially shaped fireworks may not be fully appreciated. We ask for your understanding.
• Smoking is prohibited in the spectator area, and items such as chairs, tables, and tripods are not allowed.
• 【Suggested items to bring】
• It is recommended to prepare the following items in advance to enhance your viewing experience: hat, light jacket (temperatures may drop at night), flashlight, raincoat (umbrellas are prohibited in the viewing area), wet wipes, and tissues (some temporary restrooms may not have handwashing facilities).

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 7 day(s) before the activity date (destination local time)

Booking changes policy
