🌿 Introduction to Six Major Ecological Exhibition Areas

🌳 Forest Ecosystem Area

The world of life hidden in the jungle Forests nurture rich and complex food chain systems, where representative creatures such as tigers, jaguars, and gorillas inhabit, forming a natural environment full of tension. Visitors will wander through winding jungles, experiencing the day-to-night transition of the forest from dawn to dusk through plant landscaping, light, shadow, and sound changes, as if truly immersed in a tropical rainforest. Forest Area

🏜️ Desert Ecosystem Area

Finding ways to survive in extreme environments Deserts are one of the driest and most extreme environments on Earth, where organisms must possess astonishing adaptability to survive in high temperatures and water scarcity. The exhibition area recreates the shocking scene of a sandstorm through dune landscaping and immersive projections; visitors can also observe up close how animals like camels and desert foxes adapt to extreme climates. Desert Area

🌊 Ocean Ecosystem Area

Diving into the deep sea to explore the unknown world The ocean covers more than 70% of the Earth’s surface and is also the most mysterious realm of life. Visitors will be surrounded by schools of fish and marine life through 360-degree immersive projections and sound and light effects, exploring from shallow seas to the deep-sea world, experiencing the grandeur and mystery of ocean life. Ocean Area

🌾 Grassland Ecosystem Area

Experience the thrilling moment of thousands of beasts galloping The vast grasslands nurture spectacular scenes of life, where animals galloping, gathering, and preying form the most breathtaking scenes in nature. This area focuses on representative grassland animals such as lions, elephants, and giraffes, combined with large immersive projections, to recreate the magnificent scenery of the Great Migration of the African savanna and its day-to-night changes. Grassland Area

❄️ Polar Ecosystem Area

The resilience of life in a world of ice and snow The polar regions are one of the coldest and harshest environments on Earth. Polar bears, seals, and penguin colonies demonstrate the adaptability and resilience of life in extreme climates; the exhibition area restores the polar atmosphere with glacier and snow scenes, making visitors feel as if they are in a world of ice and snow. Polar Area

🦖 Prehistoric Life Area

Traveling through time to the age of dinosaurs Entering the Prehistoric Life Area is like traveling back to the ancient world. Visitors will experience the shock of the Tyrannosaurus Rex, the enormity of the Brachiosaurus, and the grandeur of the prehistoric world up close, and learn how life has evolved to the present day through fossil displays and interactive experiences. Review for: 預售語音導覽套票 Book now

I purchased the early bird audio guide + ticket for $480 this time. The original price was $450, and adding the audio guide on-site costs an additional $160 (you can play the guide on your own phone, and there's also a transcript). There are many sound effects, making it suitable for children in elementary school and older. The background information is very rich. After walking through, I wasn't particularly amazed; the marine area only had shell displays and projections, which felt a bit misleading. However, the dinosaur area with the T-Rex and the interactive dinosaur feeding game where you throw balls were quite interesting and kids would enjoy them. In the forest area, the day-to-night transition allows you to see the different appearances of the black panther. With a hand stamp or ticket stub, you can visit the exhibitions on floors 3-6 for free. One of these floors also features animal, insect, and fish specimens (which are richer than the marine area of the main animal exhibition), plant specimens, and a human body mysteries exhibit. So, after you're done, remember to visit the other floors, and also walk across the skybridge on the 8th floor. Otherwise, if you only visit the animal exhibition, you might find the overall value for money to be low.

There are so many activities during the summer vacation, you could easily spend the whole day here. There are restrooms on every floor, making it a very family-friendly place! It's definitely worth visiting again and again.

Review for: 預售單人票 Book now

The entire exhibition area was fantastic! It was a good thing we bought tickets in advance, as it was hot and crowded at the ticket counter on the weekend. The only downside was that there were no children's tickets, so we had to buy them on-site.

Review for: 預售單人票 Book now

Buying tickets on Klook is very convenient, and refunds are processed quickly. I bought four advance tickets and returned one. My kids, who are in third and fourth grade, seemed a bit too old for it. Younger children would probably love it. It gets crowded on weekends, and the venue is a bit small.

Review for: 預售單人票 Book now

The recent parent-child exhibition was really good, and the price was quite reasonable. It was super crowded around 1:30 PM on the weekend, so I recommend going a bit later. Visiting after 3:00 PM would probably be a more pleasant experience. You get a hand stamp, so you can re-enter later. I found it quite detailed, with good explanations for the animals in the desert, forest, and grassland areas.

Fantastic

Review for: 預售單人票 Book now

It's suitable for children interested in animals. The moving animals make them feel more real, which is quite interesting for young children. The exhibits are divided into sections that introduce the ecology, animals, life, and characteristics of each region, allowing visitors to learn a lot. Although the exhibition area isn't very large, there are other permanent exhibitions to visit, making it still a good choice!

Review for: 預售導覽手冊套票 Book now

It's very strange that the brochure is only given out after you've finished the tour. The real specimens are very close, but the space inside is quite small.
