⚠️ Luggage Restrictions: Economy 5-seater vehicles can accommodate up to 4 passengers + 3 standard pieces of luggage. Economy 9-seater vehicles can accommodate up to 7 passengers + 7 standard pieces of luggage. Standard luggage is defined as 65 cm × 41 cm × 24 cm; luggage exceeding these dimensions will be counted as 2 pieces. If the number of passengers or pieces of luggage exceeds the vehicle's capacity, the driver reserves the right to refuse service, and no refund will be provided. For special items such as wheelchairs, strollers, surfboards, or golf equipment, please contact the supplier in advance to make arrangements.

Additional information
- According to Taiwan law, all children aged 0-4 must be secured in an approved child safety seat according to their size and age. It is recommended to reserve child seats in advance if you are traveling with children
- Please note that one child seat is equivalent to one passenger
Surcharge table
- All surcharges are payable in cash directly to the driver
- Additional waiting time:
- TWD400 per hour
- TWD100/15 minutes
- Additional Stop: NT$220 per stop
- If you would like to make additional stops before reaching the original drop-off location, please select the “Additional Stop” option when booking.
- If the additional stop is within 5 km of the original drop-off location, 1 Additional Stop (TWD 220) must be purchased.
- If the additional stop is more than 5 km from the original drop-off location, additional stops must be purchased based on the distance. 1 Additional Stop (TWD 220) is required for every additional 5 km, with a maximum of 4 Additional Stops.
- If the Additional Stop service is not purchased in advance, the supplier reserves the right to charge the applicable fee directly to the passenger on-site.

Vehicle condition: The car was very spacious and comfortable, and water was also provided. Service: The driver was helpful, reminded us of things, arrived early, and had a good attitude.
Driver texted 1 day before drop off to confirm on details and shared with me his vehicle number. On drop off date, driver arrived 5 mins earlier and helped to carry our luggages and bags to his vehicle and drove us safely to the airport.
Every time I've visited Taiwan, I've booked airport transfers through this service. They're always on time, and honestly, compared to taking the airport MRT, a private car is much more comfortable.
The driver arrived early, and so did we. They were polite and friendly, and helped us with our luggage. Upon arrival, the driver informed the hotel staff, who then came to speak with us.

Driver Huang was enthusiastic and polite, sharing information about several attractions and dining spots. However, due to a driving direction issue, he politely asked me to get out on the opposite side of the road from the hotel, so I had to drag my 25-inch luggage across the street to reach the hotel. I've taken taxis many times during my stay in Taiwan, and he was the only driver who didn't stop directly at the hotel entrance. What's more, he was an airport transfer service, not a regular taxi, yet he was the only one who didn't drop the customer directly at the hotel door.
