• Amanohashidate is divided into the Monju area on the south side (View Land - Hiryukan) and the Fuchu area on the north side (Kasamatsu Park - Shoryukan). Due to limited time, to ensure you have the smoothest and highest quality touring experience, the area you will visit on the day (either the south or north side of Amanohashidate) will be arranged by your guide based on factors such as parking availability, restaurant operating hours, cable car operation, and season. You will have 2 hours for free exploration, including lunch time, with expenses at your own discretion.
• Meals, Amanohashidate cable car/chairlift, Ine Bay boat tour, and other additional expenses during the itinerary are all optional and self-funded items. The north and south sides of Amanohashidate are operated independently by different organizations. Please do not purchase any cable car tickets online in advance, to avoid tickets becoming unusable due to changes in stopping points.
• Each person is limited to one standard piece of luggage. If the quantity is exceeded, a fee of 2000 JPY per piece will be charged. Please note carry-on luggage as checked baggage.
• In case of inclement weather or force majeure, some outdoor activities or attractions in the itinerary may be adjusted. Please follow the guide's arrangements. For safety reasons, outdoor activities may be changed or canceled depending on on-site conditions.
• If you are late due to personal reasons, it will be considered a forfeiture, and no refund will be issued. Please bear all related costs yourself.
• If you need to leave the group during the itinerary, please be sure to inform the tour guide in advance. After leaving the group, it will be considered an automatic waiver of the unfinished itinerary, and any fees paid will not be refunded. Furthermore, the traveler will be solely responsible for their personal and property safety after leaving the group. We appreciate your understanding.
• To ensure a smooth overall itinerary, please be sure to combine the announced meeting time for the day, properly allocate your own pace and dining rhythm, and kindly cooperate.
• While large facilities around Amanohashidate and Ine accept credit cards or electronic payments, some traditional small shops or private sea taxis still only accept cash. Travelers are advised to carry an appropriate amount of Japanese Yen cash for contingencies.
• Please take good care of your personal belongings, and be sure to carry valuables with you at all times.
• There is a significant temperature difference between day and night in mountainous and coastal areas, and the sea breeze is strong. It is recommended to bring a light jacket for unexpected needs.
• Smoking and drinking are strictly prohibited inside the vehicle. Your cooperation is appreciated in maintaining the cleanliness and air quality within the cabin.
• The vehicle model cannot be specified; 10-49 seat buses are arranged randomly. Guides can provide English/Chinese services; 10-14 seat Hiace vans operate with a driver-guide, primarily in Chinese.
• The Funaya houses in Ine are mostly private residences. When strolling around, please respect privacy and do not enter private homes, boathouses, or stairs without permission, and please keep your voice down.
• Eagles occasionally appear when feeding seagulls from a boat. If you see an eagle approaching, please stop feeding immediately and put away the feed to avoid accidental injury.
• The time spent at Amanohashidate attractions includes meal times. During peak season, if you encounter long queues at restaurants, it is recommended to consider buying light meals or snacks instead. If you plan to visit more distant attractions such as Nariaiji Temple, please manage your pace accordingly and be sure to gather on time at the designated meeting point.
• Optional boathouse guided tour service (minimum 8 people). If the minimum of 8 people is not met, it will be changed to free exploration. Please contact customer service to discuss the price difference.

• Full refunds will only be issued for unsuccessful or rejected bookings
• Be aware that the approval of reschedules, amendments or refunds are subject to availability
