Good to know
- If you choose the pick-up service, the supplier will send you an email the day before departure to inform you of the specific pick-up time. Please check your email and reply to confirm receipt.
- Participants who do not join the tour cannot use the pick-up service.
- Please note that this activity is only available in English and Japanese.
- Each reservation generally requires 2 or more participants and corresponds to 2 snowmobiles.
- Adults aged 16 and above must ride a snowmobile alone. When booking, please select the 1 person 1 snowmobile option. Two adults aged 16 and above are not allowed to share a snowmobile.
- Due to women's generally weaker strength, it is not recommended for two women to drive the same snowmobile.
- If participants wish to ride a snowmobile in pairs, only males aged 20 and above are allowed to drive. Combinations of two women or one woman + one child cannot drive a snowmobile alone.
- Travelers aged 2-15 cannot ride a snowmobile alone and must share the experience with a male aged 20 or above. When booking, please select the 2 people 1 snowmobile option and fill in the age of the minor traveler in the remarks column.
- The activity will proceed as usual in rainy weather. Rain gear rental services are also available on-site, allowing you to enjoy the activity safely and fully even in the rain.
- In case of adverse weather conditions such as typhoons or thunderstorms, the decision to cancel the activity will be made by the facility based on the actual on-site situation. Participants will generally be notified the day before the activity, but in urgent cases, notification may be given early on the morning of the activity. We appreciate your understanding.
- The return bus will depart uniformly after all participants have completed their itinerary. Depending on the selected itinerary, there may be a wait of up to approximately 1 hour. We appreciate your understanding. (You can also return by taxi, JR, or bus.)
- Delays may occur due to factors such as urban traffic congestion. If severe delays occur due to various circumstances, you may be asked to alight at the nearest subway station without prior notice. We appreciate your understanding.
- Please do not eat or make loud noises on the bus, and do not bring large luggage onto the bus.
- Individuals with heart disease, epilepsy, or asthma, pregnant women or those who may be pregnant, and those with behavioral problems or mental/psychological disorders are not permitted to participate in this activity.
- Those who have undergone hernia, lumbar, or spinal surgery, or whose condition may worsen due to vibrations, are prohibited from participating in this tour. Individuals with residual injuries, fractures, or dislocations in limbs such as fingers, arms, or legs are also not permitted to participate. Furthermore, individuals under the influence of anesthetic drugs or alcohol are not allowed to participate (an alcohol test will be conducted if an alcohol odor is detected upon arrival).
- To ensure safety, please follow the guide's instructions during the activity. If you affect others or do not follow instructions, the activity may be terminated, and no refund will be issued (including for the entire group).
- Outdoor activities carry risks; please act within your capabilities. Clothing may get dirty, so please wear clothes that you don't mind getting dirty.
- Participants unable to attend due to flight or JR cancellations or delays can reschedule to the next day or later. If cancellation is required, proof of cancellation must be provided.
