• Since the specific pick-up time will only be notified one day before departure, please select your preferred pick-up hotel.
• Please arrive at the designated meeting points 10 minutes before the departure time. Please note that we are not responsible for arrivals after the bus has departed.
• 【Snowmobile 60 minutes + Snow Park 60 minutes + BBQ 60 minutes (adults include seafood and dessert)】Pick-up only from 10:00 to 10:30
• After arriving at the facility, depending on the day's reservation status, there may be a waiting period of approximately 1 hour before the experience. During this time, you can take photos of the snow scenery or play in the snow park (additional fees may apply).
• The complimentary return shuttle bus will depart after all guests have completed their itinerary.
• Depending on the service content, you may need to wait for about 1 hour or longer (you can return by taxi, JR, or bus).
• Due to women's weaker strength, it is not recommended for two women to drive the same car.
• Adult snow boots and children's gear (snow coats, gloves) are not available for rent.
• If a blizzard occurs on the day of your visit, the park may be temporarily closed.
• Individuals with heart disease, epilepsy, or asthma, pregnant women or those who may be pregnant, and those with behavioral problems or mental/psychological disabilities are unable to participate in this activity.
• This tour is prohibited for individuals who have undergone hernia, lumbar, or spinal surgery, or whose condition may be aggravated by vibrations. Those with sequelae from injuries, fractures, or dislocations of limbs such as fingers, arms, or legs are also not permitted to participate. Furthermore, individuals under the influence of anesthetic drugs or alcohol are not allowed to participate (if an alcoholic odor is detected upon arrival, an alcohol test will be conducted).
• Please do not eat or drink or make loud noises on the bus, and please do not bring large luggage onto the bus.
• Please note that this event is only available in English and Japanese.
• Each booking group generally requires a minimum of 2 participants, corresponding to 2 snowmobiles.
• The order of attractions may be adjusted due to the flow of visitors in the scenic area.

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• A full refund will be issued in case of unforeseen events or extreme weather caused the following condition: The activity cannot follow the itinerary
• If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
• Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all

Eligibility

• Participants must be aged 2+ to participate in this activity
• Children aged 2-17 must be accompanied by a paying adult
• Travelers aged 2-17 cannot ride a motorcycle alone; they must share the experience with a male aged 20 or above. When booking, please select the 2 people, 1 vehicle option and fill in the age of the minor traveler in the remarks section.
• Adults aged 18 and above must ride motorcycles individually. When booking, please select the 1 person, 1 motorcycle plan. Two adults sharing a single motorcycle will not be accepted.
• If participants wish to ride a snowmobile in pairs, only males aged 20 or older are permitted to drive. Combinations of two females or one female plus one child cannot drive a snowmobile alone.
