Sapporo Full-Day Furano & Biei Lavender Experience

We had such a fun and memorable adventure on our Furano & Biei full-day tour! The beautiful lavender fields, colorful flower gardens, and breathtaking scenery of Biei were absolutely amazing. Every stop was beautiful and gave us plenty of opportunities to take photos and enjoy the wonderful views of Hokkaido. Our tour guide was very friendly, accommodating, patient, and helpful throughout the entire trip. He made sure everyone was comfortable and was always ready to assist whenever we needed anything. His warm and cheerful personality made the tour even more enjoyable. Overall, this tour was definitely one of the highlights of our Hokkaido trip. We had a wonderful time, saw beautiful places, and created memories we will treasure. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Sapporo and looking for a fun and relaxing day trip! Our tour guide, Joe, was excellent. He spoke Cantonese, Mandarin, and English. Before we got off the bus, he always provided information about each attraction, recommended delicious food, and pointed out things to be aware of. The driver's skills were also very good. We were completely satisfied with the full-day itinerary and would love to have Joe as our guide again next time.

Thank you to our tour guide, Kevin, for an unforgettable trip! He introduced us to the sights and their stories in English, Mandarin, Cantonese, and Japanese. What's more, Kevin always thoughtfully invited us to each attraction and used his own DSLR camera to capture wonderful memories for us. Five-star rating for the driver and tour guide Jiajia. The driving was smooth, and the commentary was enthusiastic and thorough. The only point for improvement is that the itinerary was too packed. Although everything planned was completed on time, we realized upon arrival that the time spent at the two flower fields was too limited. I suggest adding an extra half hour to each, otherwise, we were constantly rushing to the restroom, rushing to shop, and rushing to take photos, with no time for a proper meal, and long lines everywhere.

We were so lucky to have Catherine (Jia Jia) as our tour guide from Hong Kong on our first trip with JC Group! She was very thoughtful and took great care of all of us, and our driver was excellent.
