Osaka: Shinsekai Food Tour including 15 Dishes and 4 Eateries

we were the only couple on the tour and it was super informative and delicious! Miko and Victor were excellent guides!

If I could give this experience straight -10's, I would. The confirmation email gave the time and address and said a follow-up email will come before the event. It never arrived. The meet-up location turned out to be a convenience store. Not being familiar with Osaka, we arrived 1/2 hour early. Neither of the conveninece store employees had ever heard of the food tour and send us away. Not knowing what to do next, we went to the business location which was also listed in the email. That location turned out to be an evening comedy club and no one there ever heard anything about the food tour or the host. At this time we assumed we were ripped off, so we did something else. Two hours later, I happen to go into WhatsApp to connect with a friend and there is a message from the host send 15 minutes after the meet-up time. I was given no indication that he would try to contact me through WhatsApp, he was rude and unapologetic, and now I am certain we were scammed. NO NOT BOOK THIS FOOD TOUR!
