Good to know
•A minimum of 6 participants is required for the tour to proceed. For groups with fewer than 9 participants, a Japanese driver will be provided along with a translation device to provide tour services throughout the journey. The driver will not accompany the group during activities, and a tour leader will not be added. •If the minimum number of participants required for the tour is not met, the tour will be canceled, and an email notification of the tour cancellation will be sent 3 days prior to the departure date. •If snowmobiling is unavailable, it will be replaced with a visit to Noboribetsu Onsen Street. •In the event of adverse weather conditions such as typhoons or blizzards, a decision will be made 1 day prior to departure as to whether the tour will be canceled. Notification will be sent via email. •Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes and bring your own warm clothing (if needed). •The above itinerary is for reference only, and traffic conditions are beyond our control. Please avoid scheduling activities for the evening of the tour. We apologize for any delays. •Our company is not responsible for, and cannot provide refunds or rescheduling due to inability to participate in the tour or poor quality of scenic photos due to irresistible factors such as transportation or weather. •The itinerary or length of stay at each attraction may be adjusted due to traffic congestion, facility maintenance, or other factors. •No refunds will be given for participants who abandon the tour midway due to personal reasons. •Please be sure to arrive at the designated meeting point at the specified time and do not be late. •It is not possible to switch to other routes or join the tour midway. If you are unable to participate in the day trip due to your own reasons, you will be responsible for the corresponding losses. •Children under 3 years old who require a seat must purchase a ticket, which is the same price as an adult ticket, and a note is required. •Vehicle type: Assigned based on the number of participants.
