This one-day bus tour is specially designed for travelers who wish to experience the charm of Hokkaido's four seasons in depth. The itinerary is flexibly adjusted according to seasonal changes, allowing you to encounter Hokkaido's most representative scenery and unique atmosphere, and easily gain an unforgettable journey, no matter when you visit in spring, summer, autumn, or winter.
Spring to Autumn (April to October)
In the budding spring, refreshing summer, and colorful autumn, Hokkaido presents a distinct yet equally charming natural landscape.
You will stroll through the romantic Otaru Canal old street, experiencing the port town atmosphere of Hokkaido amidst historical warehouses and stone-paved streets. Afterwards, you will visit the popular Shiroi Koibito Park, admiring the exquisite architecture and garden landscape full of European fairy tale ambiance, taking beautiful travel photos, and experiencing Hokkaido's most representative dessert culture landmark.
The itinerary will also take you deep into magnificent nature – to Cape Kamui, where you can walk along the path extending into the sea, feeling the breathtaking scenery intertwined with sea breeze and cliffs. Afterwards, you will explore the Shakotan Peninsula, admiring the "Shakotan Blue" azure waters, and immersing yourself in Hokkaido's pristine and pure nature amidst the beautiful scenery where the vast coastline meets the sky.
Winter (December to March)
When Hokkaido is covered in white snow, it enters the most dreamlike season of the year.
You will experience a variety of snow activities at Bibai Snow Land, enjoying yourself in the silver-white world and feeling the unique fun and vitality of winter. Afterwards, you will head to Otaru, strolling through the canal and streets adorned with snow, as if in a fairy tale world. In the evening, Shiroi Koibito Park’s winter-limited light show will illuminate the entire park, adding a touch of romance and warmth to the journey.

A full‑day adventure through Hokkaido’s best sights — informative guide, convenient pickups, and a shoreline route from Cape Kamui to Otaru to Shiroi Koibito park is perfect. Highly recommended. If you have time, spend an extra day or two exploring Otaru town. This one‑day tour is great, but Otaru adds a whole new level of charm and discovery.
Loved the tour. Our guide, Victoria was very informative as she explained the itinerary of the day, the history of each spot, as well as, tips on what to do and look out for at each attraction in 3 different languages! She was also very clear on the expectations of the tour; adjusted the timing that we spent at each attraction and ensuring everyone is on the bus at specific times. Just note that Cape Samui is quite a hike; so strollers and wheelchairs won’t be able to access 😊
We highly recommend this tour! Oscar was absolutely fantastic, fun, engaging, and incredibly attentive throughout the entire day. He explained everything thoroughly, shared interesting stories and local insights, and even gave us valuable tips and recommendations for the rest of our travels in Japan. The itinerary was well organized, and we never felt rushed. Oscar made sure everyone was comfortable, answered all our questions, and kept the atmosphere enjoyable from start to finish. We were also fortunate to have great weather, which made the experience even more special. What impressed us most was how much we were able to see and do. We honestly exceeded our expectations and got far more out of the day than we had hoped for. It was the perfect mix of sightseeing, learning, and fun. The sights were gorgeous! I wished we had more time at Cape Kamui and less at Otaru. Our guide Oscar was just okay in his tour commentary, but he was very competent in coordinating the large tour group and ensuring that everyone was punctual, so I appreciate that.
We like all the places especially visit Otaru! it was fun and enjoy seafood there ( Kiku Sushi) 🍣, The tour guide Frank is very helpful and he alway make sure that everyone is on time which make the tour smoother when traveling a lot of people.
first of all, I would like to commend ms lisa for all her hard work that made us enjoy our trip. she made sure to send us a message so she can monitor us. i like her system, where she gathers us per family. it was very efficient. i have joined a lot of klook tours already but she was the most organized. our bibai tour was incredible! i just wish that we had more time to enjoy :( 2hrs was just enough but a little short as we are having a lot of fun. we separately paid a 5km snowmobile experience (12k [1person] | 15k [2persons]). otaru was crowded and packed with a lot of other tourists too; parking was also a bit of a walk to get back to. we just ate lunch and bought some sweets. i would like to suggest an option for packed lunch or set meal prepared in a resto to cut time on searching for a lunch meal so the guests could experience Bibai more. one family even opt to be left there as it was really fun in Bibai. 😆shiroi koibito is just okay. great for taking photos. there was a long line for the ice cream so we just left.
The tour was long, but it was very enjoyable. We loved Bibai Snow Land a lot. We did the snowmobile and tubing, and it felt like we were kids again! We’d definitely do the Bibai trip next time around, hopefully still in the company of our present tour guide, Oscar, who was comical and entertaining! The Otaru tour was as equally good, and the tour was really nostalgic for my husband and I who came here in 2017 and 2019. Unfortunately, the Shiroi Koibito Park was cut very short due to heavy traffic. All in all, the tour, as well as the tour guide, was amazing!
A simple day tour made possible with our tour guide Lisa ❄️My only wish is for a longer snow mobile route considering I paid 12,000yen on top of the unlimited activities. Nonetheless I enjoyed the free & easy time in Otaru the most!
great tour that gives you a little taste of the Hakaido region. Vivi was a great tour guide and answered any questions you may have. I wish there was a little more time at some of the stops but overall great tour and worth going
It was my first time in Hokkaido and I had heard a lot of good things about Cape Kamui and Otaru, and thought this tour was the perfect way to experience it. I was not disappointed. Oscar, our guide, was amazing, very energetic and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this tour!

- The bus may be delayed due to traffic conditions or weather. If you need to connect to subsequent transportation (such as flights, Shinkansen, etc.), please be sure to allow ample time.
- In case of severe weather, natural disasters, or other force majeure factors, the itinerary may be canceled or changed, subject to the actual operating conditions on the day.

- The Kamui Misaki walking trail (boardwalk) is usually closed for regular maintenance in October each year. The specific time will be subject to local announcements. In case of maintenance, strong winds, closure, or other reasons preventing access to the trail, the itinerary will be adjusted to visit the Kamui Misaki Observatory for sightseeing and photos, and the stay time will be appropriately shortened. - The cost of this itinerary only includes bus fees and Snowland admission fees (for winter itineraries only). Lunch, Snowland optional activities, and other attraction admission fees are not included.
- Some optional activities at Snowland only accept cash payments. It is recommended to prepare Japanese Yen cash in advance.
- For the winter two-choice itinerary, if you choose [Otaru Aquarium], you will need to pay an additional admission fee: Adults (16 years and older) JPY 1,800 / Children (6-15 years old) JPY 700 / Infants (3-5 years old) JPY 350.
