Hercules Luxury Day Cruise: Ha Long Bay, Sung Sot, Ti Top

The tour was very worth it! We were able to see the breathtaking view of Sung Sot Cave and take pictures at Ti-top. Our tour guide Sam is also very friendly, kind and he always checks on us. This was one of the highlight of our Hanoi trip and we were not dissapointed.

We came to Ha Long Bay for a private tour with our family. After much deliberation, we booked the Hercules Luxury Cruise day tour, which had excellent reviews. Lunch was served immediately upon boarding the cruise, and the food was much better than expected. The tour itinerary included visits to Ti Top Island, Luon Cave, and Sung Sot Cave. I had seen photos on Google beforehand, so my expectations were low, but visiting them in person, they truly lived up to their reputation as must-see attractions. The tour guides and cruise staff were both professional and friendly, ensuring our comfort and enjoyment throughout the tour. It was my brother's birthday on the day of the tour, and I secretly arranged for a birthday cake for him. They didn't forget and prepared it, even throwing a celebration party at the end of the tour. It was a wonderful trip. I wish good luck to all the travelers from various countries we met on the tour. If your schedule allows during your Ha Long Bay trip, I highly recommend taking a cruise. Once again, I extend my gratitude to the Hercules Cruise family.

We were upgraded to a brand new boat and it was the best! The buffet was wonderful... especially the spring rolls. The itinerary was great. I truly enjoyed the one day cruise and will recommend to my friends!

Me and my husband had so much fun with our trip! From pick-up to drop off, everything was smooth. Henry-our tour guide is a great guy! We learned a lot from him plus he is a funny guy! The food in the cruise is okay but the tour itself is tiring but amazing! For the last activity, we chose the speed boat to tour around and it was so so so fun! Our payment was so worth it. Better try it than the bamboo boat or kayaking 😆The afternoon tea snack was also nice. We will recommend this to our friends for sure!

We had an amazing day trip to Ha Long Bay! The whole experience was smooth and well-organized from start to finish. The bus transfer was comfortable and on time, which made the journey hassle-free. The cruise itself was a highlight—beautiful views, a clean and spacious boat, and delicious food served onboard. value for money: Our tour guide, Nam, was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable, engaging, and shared interesting stories and history throughout the trip, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The itinerary was well-paced, giving us enough time to explore, relax, and take in the breathtaking scenery. Overall, this tour exceeded our expectations and made our visit to Ha Long Bay truly memorable. Highly recommended!!!!

It rained all morning, but the final sunset was magnificent. The guide was friendly, and the buffet exceeded expectations.

Amazing experience. Nam was a great guide and messaged on WhatsApp with all the information. Would recommend this as a day trip to Ha Long Bay from Hanoi as we stayed in Ha Long which was a ghost town plus a Nightly rave on the beach completely ruins Ha Long's atmosphere

Booked Luxury Cruise but moved to Premium Cruise because unexpected engine issue. overall, the tour was great. It just one thing about the transfer between the group tour made me confused at the beginning. But nothing to worry about because all were manageable. The tour guide on the spot was Sam. He was great guide. Explain everything very clear and friendly. I recommend this tour to everyone. Cheers!

Enjoyable trip with Ha Long Bay with Hercules. Everything was smooth from the pickup to the end of the day. Our guide Austin make an effort to remember all our names and take pictures for us. The team in the cruise are helpful.
