- A maximum of 6 ticket(s) can be made per booking. Klook reserves the right to reject or cancel orders that exhibit suspicious purchasing behavior
- Tickets are limited and subject to a first come first served basis
- Re-entry is not permitted, except for Valley of Witches
- Entry to some areas may be restricted due to overcrowding or unexpected circumstances
- Some facilities may be unavailable due to weather or maintenance. In case of severe weather or a natural disaster, Ghibli Park may close without prior notice
- The following facilities may be unavailable in the event of rain: Lord Okkoto (Mononoke Village), Carousel, and Flying Machine (Valley of Witches)
- Some facilities and activities have age limits. Please refer to official website for details
- Wheelchair access is available in most areas of Ghibli Park, except for some locations
- Ghibli Park does not provide baggage storage. Large bags and suitcases are not permitted. Lockers are available at North Gate Information Center(located close to Linimo station), Global Center, and West Gate Information Center and Lounge in Expo 2005 Aichi Commemorative Park. Availability is limited
- Photography and videography are prohibited in some areas of Ghibli Park. Where photography is permitted indoors, please do not use flash
- The following behaviors are prohibited in Ghibli Park:
- (1) Disrupting other visitors or interfering with business operations
- (2) Unauthorized tour guiding and other commercial activities
- (3) Unauthorized promotion activities (including photography and videography for promotion)
- (4) Inappropriate clothing with excessive exposure
- Ticket resale is strictly prohibited. Guests with tickets purchased through auctions or other unofficial channels may be denied entry
- After booking, changes to the date, time, ticket type, or number of tickets are not permitted, and tickets are non-refundable
- For the safety of visitors and staff, please review Ghibli Park’s COVID-19 prevention measures before purchasing your tickets
- The voucher is valid only on the specified date (and time if applicable)
- Ghibli's Grand Warehouse is the only area with assigned entry times. Please enter Ghibli's Grand Warehouse no later than one hour after your reservation time. Early entry is not allowed
- You are required to queue when other visitors are waiting
- Mononoke Village and Valley of Witches do not have specified entry times. Please enter with all members of your party between opening time and 16:00 (final entry: 16:30)
- 30 Oct: Operating hours for Mononoke Village and Valley of Witches will be extended until 19:00 (final entry: 18:30)
- Present your mobile voucher
- A smartphone with internet access is required to display your ticket. Free Wi-Fi may not be available at some entrances
- If you don't have a smartphone, please bring a printed PDF voucher. Screenshots of QR codes are not accepted
- One voucher is issued per booking. Only one participant's name will appear on the voucher, but it is valid for the entire group
- To prevent ticket resale, the named ticket holder must be present and may be required to show identification upon entry
- All group members must enter together where required
- For Ghibli's Grand Warehouse, present your QR code at your selected entry time

- By bus: Shuttles from Chubu International Airport to Expo 2005 Aichi Commemorative Park (Ghibli Park) are also available
