- Please be aware that due to Japanese law, vehicle usage time cannot exceed 10 hours, and the tour guide may shorten the itinerary based on the actual circumstances of the day's trip.
- We will send an email with the tour guide and vehicle information for the next day to guests between 18:00-21:00 the day before the trip. Please check it promptly, and check your spam folder! During peak season, the email delivery time may be delayed, so please bear with us! If you receive multiple emails due to special circumstances, please refer to the latest email. If you have WeChat, you can proactively add the tour guide's account based on the information in the email.
- From November 01 to November 30, we will visit the Kawaguchiko Maple Corridor; from April 25 to April 14, we will visit the Kawaguchiko Cherry Blossom Festival. On other dates, we will visit Kawaguchiko Oishi Park.
- Regarding the type of vehicle used on the day, the fleet will arrange it according to the number of people who signed up on the day and the vehicle allocation factors of the fleet. Specific vehicle types are not supported. For groups of 14 people or less, a driver will also serve as the tour guide. For groups of more than 14 people, a separate tour guide will be arranged.
- In the event of inclement weather or other force majeure, the park may delay or change the operating hours of attractions or show times without prior notice, and may even cancel some projects and performances.
- This product may be adjusted according to weather and other factors. For your safety, staff members have the right to ask guests to stop outdoor activities, communicate with you, and make alternative arrangements, subject to the actual situation on the day.
- The transportation, sightseeing, and stay times involved in the itinerary are subject to the actual situation on the day. In case of special circumstances (such as traffic jams, weather conditions, etc.), the tour guide may adjust the order of attractions or reduce attractions in the itinerary after obtaining the consent of the guests.
- Each person can bring a maximum of one piece of luggage for free. Please specify this in the "Special Needs" section when placing your order! If you do not inform us one day in advance and bring luggage on the day of travel, the tour guide has the right to refuse guests from boarding the bus because it will cause congestion in the car and affect driving safety. No refunds will be given. We apologize for the inconvenience.
- It is not possible to leave the group early or leave the group midway during the tour. If you choose to leave the group midway, the unfinished portion will be regarded as your own abandonment, and no refunds will be given. You will be responsible for any accidents that may occur after tourists leave the group or leave the group midway. Thank you for your understanding.
