To ensure you have a smooth and worry-free trip, please read the following important notes:

📍 Reservation and Meeting Information

• This tour requires a minimum of 2 people per departure date. If the minimum number is not met, you will be notified of the tour cancellation no later than 7 days prior to departure, and any unfulfilled orders will be canceled.
• Please arrive at the designated meeting location 10 minutes prior to the meeting time. Late arrivals will be considered a no-show and are non-refundable.
• All important notifications will be sent via email. Please check your email regularly to avoid missing critical information.

🚗 Tour and Transportation Arrangements

• This tour is a shared day tour in Japan and will be joined by other international travelers. Please adhere to the meeting time and group schedule.
• The vehicle type will be adjusted based on the number of participants on the day. Specific vehicle types cannot be requested. Thank you for your understanding.
• The order of the itinerary may be adjusted due to traffic or weather conditions. Please follow the instructions of the on-site staff.
• If the Zao Ropeway is suspended due to weather conditions, the ropeway fee will be refunded, and the tour will proceed as scheduled.
• Roads may be snowy and icy in winter, and travel time may be delayed. Please avoid scheduling overly tight subsequent itineraries.
• On-site staff will provide assistance in Chinese, English, Japanese, and Korean. However, specific language requests cannot be accommodated. Thank you for your understanding.

🦊 Zao Fox Village Visiting Guidelines

• The foxes in the park roam freely and may approach, follow, or tug at clothing. Please pay attention to your personal safety and belongings.
• Do not actively touch or feed the foxes to avoid being bitten.
• Each adult is limited to bringing one child of pre-school age into the park. Please comply with the park’s regulations.

⛄ Miyagi Zao Sumikawa Snow Park Experience Guidelines The park offers a variety of winter snow activities, including the following:

• Snow Monster “Wild Monster” Plan A: Take a ride to the snow-covered tree ice field at an altitude of 1,600 meters (fees vary depending on the season and operating period, and the actual price is subject to the announcement at the time of booking).
• If you plan to participate on March 12th or 19th, you will not be able to see the snow-covered trees and will instead take the Snow Monster to the “Okama” crater. Please note this.
• Snow field experiences (snowboard, skis, and sleds, etc.) include ski equipment, clothing rental, and field fees, approximately ¥7,000, but do not include equipment that comes into direct contact with the skin, such as ski goggles, neck warmers, and gloves. Please bring your own.
• Skiing/Sledding Experience Plan B: Includes snowboarding, skiing, and sledding, with unlimited access (fee includes equipment rental and coaching, an additional ¥7,000/person is payable on-site, for reference price).
• Free Snow Activities: You can enjoy family-friendly activities such as building snowmen and having snowball fights, which are suitable for families or first-time snow experiences.
• Snow activity venues may be adjusted due to weather and snow conditions. Please follow the on-site announcements and staff instructions.

🧳 Luggage and Eligibility

• It is not recommended for children under 2 years of age or people with limited mobility to participate. This tour does not provide infant seats or barrier-free facilities.
• If you need to bring large luggage or have rush hour needs, please indicate this when registering, and we will assist with arrangements as appropriate.
• Snowy seasons are prone to slipperiness. If elders or pregnant women are traveling with you, please consider your physical condition before deciding whether to participate.
• You can bring your own personal equipment such as ski poles and non-slip shoe covers. Please prepare these yourself if needed.

👟 Clothing and Meal Recommendations

• It is strongly recommended to wear waterproof and non-slip snow boots, a down jacket, hat, gloves, scarf, and other complete warm clothing. You can also bring hand warmers and a thermos.
• Lunch time on this tour is free dining. You can choose to purchase a simple bento at the Miyagi Zao Sumikawa Snow Park and enjoy it in the park, or bring your own food.
• Staff can provide basic language assistance. If you have food allergies or special dietary needs, please be sure to check the ingredients yourself and choose carefully.
