The service at this five-star hotel is top-notch; of the hotels I've stayed at in Shenzhen, it has the best service so far. The breakfast is also good, but the rooms are average with nothing to be particularly excited about, except that the view is quite open. The hotel also provided American long-stemmed strawberries and dim sum this time, which deserves praise.
