For the breakfast buffet, after entering the restaurant, no one showed us to a table. We looked around for a while and couldn't find a seat, and we didn't know which tables the guests had finished eating at. We asked the staff for help, and they helped us find a seat, immediately cleaned and tidied the table. The location overlooked the sea, which was nice! The room was large and very comfortable. There was a heated swimming pool, but due to the sudden drop in temperature, we just took a look and didn't swim. There is a shopping mall and cinema next to the hotel, which is very convenient. Hyatt is an international brand, so we have more confidence in it. This Klook package—one night stay including a buffet breakfast and dinner for two—is very worthwhile.

I booked a room with buffet breakfast and dinner because it was my boyfriend's birthday. When ordering, Klook had already noted this with the hotel, asking them to decorate the room. Facilities: The swimming pool is small and narrow but sufficient for swimming. However, if there are more than 3 people, you'll need to avoid others. The appearance is nice for relaxing. The water depth is 1.2 meters, and there is still sunshine in the afternoon. Gym: Very professional with a large area. There are many pieces of equipment that are relatively new. There is a smaller gym inside that is exclusively for hotel guests 24 hours a day. If there are too many people outside, you can choose to use your hotel room card to enter and work out. There are multiple areas, and many classes are offered every day. Hotel guests can take the classes for free. There is a stretching room and a boxing area. Dining: The breakfast has many varieties and the taste is good. A special item is the freshly wrapped wontons, but the taste is just so-so. Afternoon tea is a Western-style three-tiered stand. The taste is acceptable, but the bottom layer is two pears, which is a strange combination. It would be better to replace them with scones. Downstairs of the hotel is the shopping mall Yihai City, which is convenient for eating and drinking. You can reach the seaside promenade and the lighthouse library in a few minutes' walk. The room is spacious, the bed is comfortable, and the air conditioning is moderate. The room is hygienic, clean and dry, and the thick carpets are dry and odorless, which is a 5-star standard. The bathroom and bathtub facilities are well maintained and feel clean. The front desk and doorkeeping staff are polite and patient. The buffet food is rich in variety, fresh enough, and can be purchased with the set meal. The only thing is that the swimming pool is a bit small, and the disinfection pool at the entrance of the swimming pool is too steep. This is the second time I come to Hyatt Regency Yantian. The transportation is now convenient. I can go through the border at Liantang Port and get off at Haishan Station on Line 8.
