We had a very pleasant experience with the arrival transfer service. The driver was punctual, friendly and professional, and was already waiting for us when we arrived. He assisted us with our luggage and made sure we were comfortable throughout the journey.
The vehicle was clean and comfortable, and the drive was smooth and safe. Everything was well organised and hassle-free from the moment we arrived.
We really appreciated the excellent service and would definitely recommend this transfer service to anyone looking for a reliable and professional airport transfer. Thank you for making our arrival so smooth and enjoyable!

It was alot of fun picking out a dress and getting makup+ hair done. From the very beginning, communication w staff members over WeChat was professional and straightforward. Bonus, a whole bottle of wine was given for birthday celebrations!

We did the 8h private tour with Loe. Honestly, most of the places we visited you could probably visit on your own, but Loe really elevated the experience with her stories & insights about the city.
The highlight was our private lunch at Crowne Plaza - superb dimsum, amazing view & such fun chatting with Loe & getting to know more about SZ. In hindsight, not being able to experience the drone delivery lunch was probably a blessing in disguise!
The driverless taxi was another eyeopening experience. It could have been a longer ride but we chose a nearby destination, so that’s on us 😄
The tour is on the expensive side, but for us it was worth it. I brought my parents along (my dad’s an electronics geek!), and I could tell he really enjoyed himself. Even though I’ve visited SZ multiple times, I came away with a much better understanding of the city & better yet, a new friend!
We did the tour in Mandarin, but Loe is fluent in English too. Would definitely be open to more tours with Loe!

It was a very enjoyable experience. My child, who just turned three, was very curious about McDonald's. The activity allowed children to get hands-on experience with food preparation, customer service, and cleaning, which made it a truly fun event.

The driver was friendly and helpful. He told us more about the area of Gulong Gorge. the car was very comfortable for a long trip. once we were done, the driver picked us back at the location. He send us for lunch at Guangzhou area as we requested for halal food. The trip ended there at the restaurant and we were not send back to the hotel.

a little bit boring tour, totally no tourist, I was surprised,maybe their route too boring? overall, if u want just relax indoor, and shenzhen view is ok

This tour is really exciting and let me feel the high-tech side of Shenzhen. Ordering robot taxi or drone delivery by myself is still difficult as a foreign traveler, so using a tour is definitely worth it. I heard that drone deliveries don’t operate every day due to some events, but luckily my guide Nora helped me and I got to see the drone delivery. She’s very friendly, kind, and a great guide. I really appreciate her hospitality.

We had a good trip with Klook. Our tour guide, Ms Zeng was a very thoughtful and knowledgeable person. She gave us a very good insight into Foshan and history background of the places we visited. Not only providing us with the information, she even volunteered to take photos for us and the photos were very nicely taken. The driver, Mr Chen also drove carefully and also shared some insight into the life at Foshan as he himself was staying there. We had a good day exploring Master Wong Feihong Ancestral house and even had good times watching the live lion dance performance. All thanks to Ms Zeng for helping us to reserve some seats. A good experience and we would recommend to join this tour and asked for Ms Zeng and Mr Chen as they provided top notch service. 👍👍

didn't opt for guide..Just driver. was raining heavily and couldn't contact driver to pick us up nearer where we were which was very frustratting. however later itinerary was good with the driver suggesting exchanging sequence due to weather. good suggestion. quite expensive though for group of 6.
