Room is super compact but functional. Located near to Shin-okachimachi station, there is a 7-11 and Family mart near the hotel. Opening big luggage will be a problem. Lift can be crowded during peak hours.

Hotel location is very convenient and near bus stops. There are also multiple train stations at walking distance. There are also lots of nearby konbini for midnight snack run :) They also store your luggage before check-in and super convenient check out. Rooms are enough if you have 2-3 luggages. Might be too tight if you have 4 big one's.

-near stations, easy transport -clean rooms -everyday they will send you clean towels -breakfast is good, 7 choices to choose from -near conbini -free ice, has oven to heat food -laundry & dryer -vendo inside Downside are - 1 elevator - narrow room and toilet, good for 1 person. If your a big person (no offense meant) better to have the room solo.

Really nice, cozy, clean hotel. Located on a quiet street, just minutes away from Akihabara and Asakusa craziness. Walking distance from several subway station. Very convenient for Haneda airport to go from using subways. Personnel is very friendly and hospitable. I really enjoyed my stay at APA
